Supply and providing cable end termination of 3-1/2x25 sq.mm. PVC LTUG aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc with electrical connection complete.(SD 213)

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3½ x 25 sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection. [SD 164]

Supply and laying of 3 ½ x 25 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre putting 0.15 mt. Layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good.[SD 182]

Supply and clarnping of 3 ½ x 25 sq.mm. PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps. [SD 200]

Supply and Laying of 4 x 16 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good. (SD 658)

Supply and fixing of Fabricated street light control panel of size not less than 3' x 3' x 1.5' made out of 16SWG CRCA sheet steel with lock and key arrangements to be mounted on a suitable pillar box with following provisions : 1) Supply and fixing of 63A Four pole isolator in suitable sheet steel enclosure (Incomer). 2)Supply and fixing of digital weekly programmable timer switch with shortest switching time of 1 minute to turn on /off the lights. 3)Supply and fixing of 63A Four pole contactor 4) Supply and fixing of Vertical type 8 way triple pole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure double door type (Metal) with IP42 protection with 1 no. 63A 4 pole MCB isolator as incoming,6 Nos 32A 3pole MCB ,and 6 Nos 6-32A SP MCB as outgoing on suitable angle framework with earth connection complete. Solar Plant:- Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Handing over of 3.27 Kwp Roof top Solar offround PV System Scheme complete as detailed below. Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply of materials to project site, project management, installation of mechanical equipment, cabling & appurtenances, instrumentation and electrical system and other equipment, as detailed in this section. Scope of the proposal a)Solar Modules (Crystalline Silicon type mono perc half cut -as per MNRE specifications) b)Mounting Structure (Design to Maduari ambient condition) c) Inverter, distribution boards, junction boxes, cables d)Earthing for Solar modules and inverter. e) Lightning Protection f) Installation and commissioning

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 1. SOLAR PV MODULES AND ARRAY SITC of off grid Solar PV Modules 3270WP of the crystalline silicon type- mono perc Half cut,Conforming to MNRE specification mounted on Aluminium frame(minimum thickness 35 mm) With minimum module efficiency of 20%, manufactured in India. As per latest edition of IEC PV module qualification test or equivalent BIS standards Crystalline Silicon. Matching IEC 61215/IS14286 and IEC 61730 Part-1 & Part 2 standards or equivalent BIS. With neccessary MC4 connectors (IP66) ,Interconnecting between panels using solar dc cable of min 4 sqmm and installation on exsisting structure .Solar crystalline modules of minimum 540 Wp (6 Nos) or above wattage With Protective devices against surges at the PV module.Along with Low voltage drop bypass diods . Solar Panels should be tested in the IEC authorized test centers. 2. MOUNTING STRUCTURES The PV modules will be mounted on fixed metallic structures of adequate strength and appropriate design, which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities up to 160 km per hour. The support Rails will be Hi-strength Aluminum The "Mounting Structure" should have the following features: The rails will be pasted in GI Roofing sheet using Spliced Metal chemical bonding paste with a Hi strength tested and durable till the life of the GI Roofing Sheet.

3. INVERTER:SITC of MPPT Solar off Grid inverters having Capacity 3.7KvA/3KW Load output: 300WP (With IP65) with Canopy made of GI sheet of thickness 1.6 mm .BIS standard for efficiency measurements and environmental tests as per standard codes IEC 61683/IS 61683 and IEC 60068- 2(1,2,14,30) /Equivalent BIS Std.The charge controller (if any) / MPPT units environmental testing should qualify IEC 60068-2(1, 2, 14, 30)/Equivalent BIS Std. The junction boxes/ enclosures should be IP 65 (for outdoor)/ IP 54 (indoor) and as per IEC 529 specifications. The PCU/ inverters should be tested from the MNRE approved test centres / NABL /BIS /IEC accredited testing- calibration laboratories. 5.Cables and accessories All the cables shall be supplied conforming to IEC 60227/IS 694 & IEC60502/IS 1554 shall be of 1.1 kV grade as per requirement. Only PVC copper cables shall be used. The size of the cables between array interconnections, array to junction boxes, junction box to PCU, PCU to AC Distribution Box etc shall be so selected to keep the voltage drop and losses to the minimum. Permissible Wire Drop on DC side shall be = 1% The bidder shall supply installation accessories, which are required to install and successfully commission the power plant.

6.Earthing:- Earthing: The array structure of the PV yard shall be grounded properly using adequate number of earthing kits. All metal casing or shielding of the power plants shall be thoroughly grounded to ensure safety of the solar power plants. 7.OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL An Operation and Maintenance Manual, in English and Tamil, should be provided with the solar PV power plants. The following minimum details must be provided in the Manual: About Photo Voltaic & PV Module Clear instructions about mounting of PV module. About electronics used in DO's and DONT's, Clear instructions on regular maintenance and Trouble Shooting of the power plants. Name & address of the person or Centre to be contacted in case of failure or complaint.The equipment/materials and the whole system should be operated by trained personnel of the purchaser after giving training. The periodical maintenance, cleaning of the Solar Panels should be done by the firm/Supplier/Contractor for a period of five years.
