Clearing the surface thoroughly with water and remove all the impurities and loose plaster, flacks, fungus growth etc by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and subsequantly wash with adequate water to get an abosulutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. Then coating the exposed rods of beams and columns with " Nitro Zinc Prime base + Nitro Zinc Prime hardener " at 2.10 lt/10m2 and mixing the mortar with nirobond SBR 3 litres bag of cement finishing the columns and beams neatly with the above cement, chemical treatment with fine sand in the ration of 1:3, 20mm thick including curing etc.

Brick Jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 40mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 -etc., Complete complying standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Flooring with Designed ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing the Wall Panelling with the following specification fixing horizontally and vertically in position of wall. Fixing the water proof ply wood 9mm thick board over the country wood planks. Over the ply wood OST sheet of 4mm thick will be fixed with necessary screws and fevicol giving neat finsih. The top will be finished with two coats of sanding polishing. The surface will be finished with necessary design as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate inclusive of all materials, labour power and conveyance of materials to the work site, loading & unloading etc., and as per drawing and design by the Departmetnal Officers. The water proof ply wood and OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Supplying and fixing approved best quality brass CP towel rail 600mm long and 20mm dia with brackets of same materials including cost of teak wood plugs and CP screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The tower rail should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing best approved best quality brass CP soap tray of size 150 x 150mm including cost of teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The soap tray should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing position CI Nahani Trap / Floor Trap of the following sizes with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two part of sand and five part of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

Renewing the damaged broken unserviceable Pillar tap with new one of Pillar tap 15mm dia of approved quality and make including labour charges for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damaged broken unserviceable Angle cock with new one of CP Angle cock 15mm dia of approved quality and make including labour charges for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing 1-1/2" connection is approved quality including cost of materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Varnishing the old wood work two coats of approved Melamine Polish including thorough scrapping, sand papering etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing and refixing of imported wooden Rollar blinds of width 35mm, top channel. Aluminium powder coated 50mm x 50mm, imported tilt gear and cord lock, with nylon rope, nylon web, wooden tasselse, bottom rail with same matching wood, top pelmet wooden beading, insulation brackets etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collecting the earth debries using tipper mechinary from works sport and dumping the same into low area to a distance of 3 km away from the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.
