Renewing and refixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

50mm thick slab (using 20mm HBGS Jelly)

Renewing the amaged floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Renewing and replacing in position of Aluminium natural colour matt finish fixed Partition top half glazed with 5.50mm thick plain glass and bottom half with medium density fibre board of 12mm thick both side pre laminated for cubical and the outer frame of the Aluminium section of size 101.60x44.45x3.18mm @ 2.319Kg/m. at internal vertical 2 Nos & Horizontal 1 No, mullion of aluminium section of size 62 x 38 x 2mm @ 1.174 Kg/m with necessary aluminium clips of size 79.15 x 17.27 x 1.50mm at 0.176 Kg/m with necessary rubbor beading L angles including dismantling and redoing masonry as concrete where necessary etc., complete. The Aluminium section are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in allfdjsfdslk with ISI 1868 / 1962 specification for an average anodie film thickness of not less than 15 microns. All aluminium sections are should be got approved by Engineer incharge before use on works.

Renewing and refixing in position of Aluminium door of single / double shutter half glazed and half panelled door with frame made out of box section 101.60 x 44.45 x 3.18mm at 2.319 Kg /m door shutter frame made out of 47.1 x 44.45 x 2.50 mm at 1.202 Kg /m for vertical styles, top and middle and bottom section 100.40 x 44.45 x 2.50 mm at 1.974 Kg /m and using Aluminium clips of size 17.15 x 17.27 x 1.50 mm at 0.176 Kg /m full handle section of size 100 x 30 x 1.60mm at 0.988 Kg/m on both sides, with necessay metal screws, rubber beading, PVC felts, Alu. hinges, tower bolts, automatic door closure, lock, 5.50mm thick plain glass of required size and both sides prelaminated MDF board 12mm thick for panel portion including cost of all materials, labour, power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column, floor slabs, masonry walls where ever necessary with power drills to the required extent and make to the original condition after fixing and as directed. All the aluminium sections are to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with IS 1868/1962 of anodic thickness of not less than 15 Microns All aluminium sections and furniture fittings should be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before use on works.

Renewing and refixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthernwere sink of size of 600 x 450 x 200mm including cost of 32mm dia CP waste coupling, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia brass nipple including fixing the sink in position and testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications excluding CI brackets. [The sink and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works]
