Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P-Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality full body vitrified tiles with new one of size 1600mmx800mmx8 mm thick (Matt Finish) of approved make and colour (the tiles shall be got approved by the departmental officers) in all floors over a base mortar of cement mortar 1:3 (one of cement and three of M-sand) 20mm thick laid insitu true alignment and pointed with the same colour cement to suit the colour of the tiles used fixing neatly inposition without any airgap between the tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification (The make and brand of Tiles Should be equivalent (Johnson/ Kajaria/Somany/Nitco/ Rak) got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works .

Renewing the old damaged Double charged Vitrified tiles with new one of size 600 mm x 600mmx 8 mm thick of approved quality make and colour (the tiles shall be got approved by the departmental officers) in all floors over a base mortar of cement mortar 1:3 (one of cement and three of M-sand) 20mm thick laid insitu true alignment and pointed with the same colour cement to suit the colour of the tiles used fixing neatly inposition without any airgap between the tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damaged window with new anodised with Natural colour matt finish window in two track in all floors. All the two shutter with sliding arrangements the bottom section should have gutter arrangements so as to drain the water entering and made with extuded alu.section for frame bottom track 61.85x31.00x1.50mm @ 0.909kg/m, frame top and two sides 61.85x31.50x1.50 @ 0.784kg/m, shutter section top and bottom 40x27x18x1.45mm @ 417kg/m with necessary accessories such as rubber beading best quality of lock handle and fixing 4mm thick plain/ frosted/ pin headed glass "L" angle glassing, chips including cost of all materials labour for electrical consumption required for fabrication drilling in RCC columns with power drill to the required extent and made good to the original condition including scaffolding if any etc., completed and as directed by the departmental officers. The alu surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification of anodic flim thickness for all section all the materials should be got approved by the EE before use on works.

Renewing and fixing new one of anodised aluminium with Natural colours fixed window using 63.50x38.10x1.41 mm @ 0.818 kg/m thick extruded box section as vertical and horizontal spaced members and fixing 4.00 mm thick plain frosted / pin headed glass with necessary glazing clips, rubber beadings, 'L' angle, screws, conveyance, scaffolding if any and including dismantling making holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the deptl.officers. The aluminium surface is to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specifications for an average anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns. All the materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position.

Labour charges for removing and refixing the Aluminium partition, door using old materials renewing and remodeling the aluminium door cum partition from its position and refixing the same in its position using new rubber beadings, 'L' angle, screws and other accessories wherever necessary. The rates is including labour charges and dismantling brick or RCC Masonry and redoing the same to the original condition etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing the Toughned glass 12mm thick partition with door etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the Vertical Blinds (Premium) of imported fabric screen required size of best quality with approved colour and pattern etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and necessary aluminium roller, open and closing arrangements and also labour charges for fixing neatly etc complete complying with standard specfication and as directed by deptl officer.

Supplying and fixing the purlin with new one of following size of M.S hollow section of 75 mm x 50 mmx 3.00mm thick Superior quality including cutting the required length and welding rigidly with the aid of 10 gauge electrode, conveying the materials to the site erecting the same with bolts and nuts, two coats synthetic enamel paint over primer coat etc complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing new one of the Prefabricated Light weight Aerocon panels made of two fibre Reinforced Cement facing sheets, on either sides of a light weight concrete core. The concrete core is made from a mix of portland cement and binders. The panels of size of 75mm thick and 600mm width with required length fixing with floor and ceiling by using G.I channels. The jointing of the panel with tongue and groove joint, the joining of the panel finished with fibre mesh and tap to the surface joint. The Aerocon panel board should be strong. Durable, excellant thermal and sound insulation and excellant water, termite and fire resistant as per IS 9901 (Pcrt III)-1981. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials. conveyance, scaffolding if any required etc., including loading and unloading charges and necessary dismantling making holes in RCC brick masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing the partition as directed by the departmental officers. All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position.

Renewing the door with new one of aluminium anodized with powder coated of any colour matt finish 1/2 glazed & 1/2 PLB door shutter frame at bottom using aluminium partition box section of size 95.25mmx44.45mmx1.70mm at 1.301kg/m shutter frame at top using alu.box section of size 47.62mmx44.45mmx1.74mm at 0.881kg/m at vertical (lock rail) plain using 47.62mmx44.45mmx1.52mm at 0.881kg.m and vertical plain using 47.62mmx44.45mmx1.74mm at 0.881kg/m and bottom & top panel covered with 9mm thick PLB and the top panel covered with 5.50mm thick plain glass with necessary accessories such as rubber beading, aluminium clips of size 19mmx17.30mmx0.90mm at 0.124kg/m L angle screws, door stopper handle, mortice lock 150mm tower bolt, 125mm hinges, screws, PVC wooden felt etc., complete the rate inclusive of labour and power consumption charges required for fabrication if necessary, clipping, dismantling the RCC beams columns wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing the partition etc complete, the alu.surface to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification 1868/1962 of anodic film thickness for all section all the materials should be got approved by the EE before fixing in position.

Renewing and fixing Hydraulic Door closer of various sizes of approved quality using Aluminium Extruded Section Body Tubular Type Universal Hydraulic Door Closer with Double Speed Adjustment like HARDWYN (make) 'GAZEL' (or) Equivalent (with ISI Monogram) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing the old damaged Hilux water proof board False ceiling using 12mm thick of approved quality and design suspended from the ceiling using 'U' shaped galvanished iron channel of size 25x25x0.55mm thick at 1.20m centre to centre on both longitudinal and cross direction for vertical support and fixing U' shaped GI channel of size 50x10x0.55mm thickness at 0.90m centre to centre on longitudinal direction respectively for horizontal support by using T.W. reepers at corners intermediately and fixing of POP on the panel provided as per design/pattern given by the site office and finishing the ceiling surface with same plaster of paris materials etc. Necessary openings should be made for providing spot lights, florescent tubes in the ceiling by using kitply 12mm thick and openings should be covered with acrylic panel etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damaged broken cornice with new one of POP Cornice 6" width of approved quality and make including labour for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Polising the old wood work/ wall panelling with melamine Polish two coat with One Coat of Wood primer of teak wood natural finish including preparation of surfaces with sand papering in putty priming etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing Post Constructional antitermite Treatment by Drilling 1/2 " dia holes at uniform Intervals of 12" at the Junction of the building and the chemical ALDRIN (0.50%) will be walls and floor to a depth of 4" to 5" inside the building or as directed by the departmental officers and The chemical ALDRIN(0.50%) will be squirelled inside these hole leg using Hand pressure Pumps from its Fill to its refusal. The wooden frame will be spread by the same termicide solution center Pheriphery of the building will be treated by the making a small Channel around the building and the holes are made by using Crow bar around termicide ( ALDRIN) to be Squrilled inside the holes after completion of treatment all hole drilling in the walls and floor closed by cement etc complete complying with std specification and as directed by the departmental officer . the chemical should be got approved fro m Executive Engineer.

Providing Wall Panelling using one side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. One side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevicol and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of Double Side wall panelling using 12mm thick water proof plywoods finished with both side OST 3.50 mm Thick (Verner Sheet ) and Polished with Melamine Finish over the aluminium frame work using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 3mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, with necessary screws., and fixing 12mm gold coated metal strips at regular intervals of approved design and colour over the plywood using strong adhesive and finishing neatly etc.,complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Renewing the old damaged False celing with 12.00mm thick WPC fluted panel celing with necessary openings should be made for providing spot lights, florescent tubes in the ceiling complete etc complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

The rate including cost of Materials , Labour Charges and Loading and Unloading Charges etc Complete.

Supplying and Fixing Placing in position of ornamental Back drop of size 3.00 m x 3.00 m using 19mm thick waterProof Plywood of approved quality and using teak wood Ornamental beading , Diamond shape engraving in backdrop of approved design and approved by the Executive Engineer and affixed with 3.5 Thick OST in front facia and finishing with melamine finish etc , the rate including cost of materials , labour charges , loading and unloading Charges for making ornamental back drop etc Complete complying with std specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the flush shutter for the singleleaf with new solid core flush door shutter 35mm thick both side pasted with Teakwood sheet of 3.50mm thick and alround teak wood lipping and necessary furniture fittings etc., The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour for wrought putup fixing and cost of furniture fittings such as hinges, tower bolt and aldrop, door closer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damged EWC with new one by supplying and fixing in position of white European water closet with low level flushing tank (White) of 10 litres capacity including all internal fittings of best quality and approved make with 100mm 'P' or 'S' trap with double flapped rigid PVC seat cover with CP brass hinges and complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers, etc complete.

Renewing and refixing in position of wash hand basin with new one by supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian make White glazed earthern ware wash hand basin of size 550x400mm with a pair of C.I brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass C.P pillar tap,32mm dia 'B' class G.I waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mmdia G.M wheel value, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylon connection,32mm dia Cp brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using C.I brackets on to the wall in position with T.W plugs, and screws rubber washer, white lead and giving necessary water supplying connection and painting the brackets with two coats of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrossive paint including testing for leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing in position 15mm diametre CP Two way Bib cock with Health Faucet (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to IS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread etc., complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. Renewing and refixing in position of CP Angle cock Tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to IS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread etc., complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. Renewing and refixing in position of SS Heavy duty Long Body Tap 15mm of approved make conforming to IS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread etc., complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the work)

Renewing the damaged Stainless steel Health faucet with new one of best and approved quality and approved Brand etc. The rate inclusive of labour charges for fixing etc. complete complying with standard specificationa and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repainting the walls two coats with first class quality of Plastic Emulsion Paint Removing the existing wall old paint materials and old cement slurry using scrapping materials such as iron brush, emerysheet, rough and cleaning the wall surface etc., after finishing the scrapping work to be apply with one coat of water base primer then applying with two or more coat of putty with necessary scrapping charges upto finial smooth finishing etc., finally painted the wall surface with two coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved colour and quality. The rate is inclusive of cost materials, labour charges and transporting charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repainting the old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collecting the scattered debries from the campus and conveying away the same and including loading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
