Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

In Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P sand), 12mm thick with admixtures in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with Colour designed digital print ceramic tiles, with borders, with size of 300mm x 450mm x 8mm and above set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M-sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. nbatly in all floors, curing, etc,,complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be like Johnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco / RAK or Equivalent which has to be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers ..........

...........in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module..The subtex nubby square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. 'The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, etc. complying to standard specication.

Providing and fixing of 1.2mm thick Lead Lining Door for X-Ray Rooms, Scanning Rooms with Mild Steel Door Frames 105mm x 57mm X 18 G and 12 G x 50mm Shutter made of GI with PWG finish and honey wool insulations with SS 101mm x 75mm x 3mm SS 304 Ball Bearings Butt Hinges, Mortice Sash Lock ML 100A, 50mm BS, 85mm centre, CL 207 : Key & Knob 70mm, 5 Pin Cylinder with Handle SS Finish (Dorma Make), Heavy Duty Door Closer, Frames fixed wih walls using Mortice Sash Lock ML 100A, 50mm BS, 85mm centre CL207: Key & Knob 70mm, 5 Pin Cylinder with Handle SS Finish (Dorma Make) all neccesary accessories and fittings.

Supplying and fixing inposition C.R.C.A.pressed steel doors frame as per I.S.4351/1976 of size 105x60mm with 35x12mm rebate on all sides with 1.25mm thick (18 gauge) sheet frames special profile extruded section including bottom tie hold faste at appropriate places and provision to fix aldrops tower bolts hinges and lock strike plate etc.The door frame inner shall be packed with CC 1:2:4 using 12mm guage HBG stone jelly including fixing the door frames inposition and dimantling the masonry and concrete wherever necessary and redoing the same original condition after fixing including scaffolding charges and labour charges and door frame will be given one coat of Red Oxide primer etc. Complete complying with standard specification The rate shall inclusive of all materials, labour, transportation, loading, unloading, handling, charges etc. The sample of materials should be got approved by the Exe. Engineer before use on works.

Supplying and fixing of MDF Door shutter, Medium density fibre board of exterior grade both side prelaminated including external lipped with kiln dried soft wood 35mm thick conforming to I.S.12406\1989 with 35x12mm T.W. lipping on all edges with necessary adhesive and C.P.Screws, including fixing of aldrops, tower bolts, hinges and lock strike plates, putty, fevical, varnish, for T.W. lipping thinner colouring agent etc, and aluminium anodised 125mm size hinges 3 nos best quality of aluminium anodised fittings of 200 mm, tower bolt 1 no 150mm tower bolts 1 nos, 250mm aldrops 16mm dia rod 1 no 125mm long handle 2 nos 40mm dia nylon bush 1no, door stoper 1 No shall be provided. The rate is inclusive cost of fevical and fixing charges, transportation, loading, unloading and all other incidental charges handling charges etc., complet. (Single leaf)

Repainting two coats of Old plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.
