Oxygen manifold arrangements of 2 banks x 12 cylinder each wing with semi automatic control panel which includes contact gauge 2 Nos., outlet pressure gauge, brass heavy duty IO x regulator 2 Nos. with suitable adopter, flexible SS Hose. Mainfold shall be of a construction and of a designs and material suitable for the service pressure in accordance with IS 1282-1989. Emergency alarms with illuminating display for low / high pipeline pressure and malfunctioning of system. 1) Mainfold top frame with provision for connecting 12 cylinders on right bank and 12 cylinders on left bank with high pressure interconnecting copper tubing, silver brazing, non return valve, fasteners and cylinder spport middle angle frame for claping 2 x 12 cylinders and related fasteners. The O2 manifold should with stand a pressure of 140 kg. / CM2. The installation is commissioned after testing as per standards and painted as per International Code and as directed by the Departmental Officers as per IS Code 12827 / 1989 & ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification.

Nitrous Oxide Manifold Arrangements of 2 banks x 3 cylinder each wing, with automatic control panel which includes contact gauge 2 Nos., outlet pressure gauge, brass heavy duty IOX regulator 2 Nos. with suitable adopter, flexible SS hose. Mainfold shall be of a construction and of a designs and material suitable for the service pressure in accordance with IS 1282-1989. Emergency alarams with illuminating display for low / high pipeline pressure and malfunctioning of system. 1) 2 x 3 cylinder Nitrus Oxide Manifold should be suitable with stand a pressure of 140 Kg. / Cm2 and above along with high pressure copper annealed tail pipes with end brass adapter suitable for Nitrous Oxide Cylinders and manifold. 2) Top frame comprising of high pressure copper pipes of size 12mm ID 1.5mm wall thick with high pressure brass fittings made of high tensile brass and connections through non-return valves, high pressure copper tail pipes made of high pressure copper pipe size of 7mm ID x 1.5mm thick.

3) The design of middle and bottom frames should be provided to fit both round and flat bottom cylinders safely with fitted heavy duty regulator. The Manifold should be tested at 3500 pig as per IS 12827 / 1989 & ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification.

Brass Isolation Valve suitable for the copper pipe and should be of non lubricated 90 degree turn lever ball valve of reputed make, conneced in line with medical gas pipe line system by using suitable size brass valve adopter union, ferrule, nipple, rubber “O’ ring, tapion lap and etc. All pipe line regulators shall be capable of controlling pipe line pressure and must compatible with the requirements specified in IS 12827-1989. All valves should be pneumatically tested for twice the working pressure for the gas line as per IS Code 12827 / 1989 & ISO 7396 / 1987 Sepecification.

Theatre Vaccum Unit: The unit should comprise of two reusable 2000 ml shatter resistant bottle. Each made up of ply carbonate material and fully autoclavable at 134 degreee centigrade, should have a vacuum regulator with instant ON / OFF switch and tree way left, right or both. All the above items should be mounted on a trolley having free moving castor wheels. (As per IS 12827 / 19898 & ISO 7396 / 1987)

Flow Meter made up of Brass with Humidifier Bottle Flow Meter should be back pressure compressed and should be accurate gas flow measurement with control range 0-13 litres per minute. It should meet strict permission and dumbling standard. The meter body should be made of brass materials. The humidifier bottle should be made of unbreakable polycorbonate material and auto cleavable at 134 degree centigrate. The rate includes flow meter and its accessories (silicon tube with mask). The cost of materials including transport, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer and as per IS 12827 / 1989 and ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification.

Ward Vaccum Unit with Gauge both mounted on a collection jar of capacity 600 ml and with a wall bracket for mounting it on the wall. The collecion jar should be made of unbreakable polycarbonate materials which is fully auto cleavable at 134 degree centigrade as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers and as per IS 12827 / 1989 and ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification. The rate includes cost of silicon hose with SS nipple on either side.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing slotted carriers with the following specifications. The carriers should be made of GI sheet of 16G with slots. The size of carrier is 300 x 40mm and are to be spaced at 50 cm centre to centre. The carriers are to be fixed on suspenders with the help of lock nuts. These suspenders are made of galvanised MS rods size of 6mm dia. The suspenders should be threaded to its full length so that the carrier shall be fixed at any height depending on the onsite requirement. The adopter must be made of SS of superior quality. The rate includes cost of all materials and labour charges for fixing in proper position etc. complete and complying with standard specification.

The cost includes cost of all materials, labour charges, dismantling and re-doing masonry to original condition, painting of masonry works taxes including transports, risk allowance, scaffolding etc., complete and as per IS Code 12827 / 1989 & ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of steel doors with the following specification M.S angles of a size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32x6mm M.S. flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frames 18 gauge C.R. sheet is laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact for 1/3 bottom portion of the shutter. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32x6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the CR sheet in between. Additional stiffener with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter. The balance 2/3 portion at top is provided with grill at an average weight of 20kg/sq.m and 6 Nos hinges for double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos of holdfasts 120mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frame of the door. Tower bolts 2nos. one at top and the other at the bottom arte provided one aldrop is provided at on appropriate place in the door. A Tie bar is provided at the bottom of the outer frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation or fixing.

All members are given one coat of red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all meterials, labour charges, taxes, transportation to site of work, loading, unloading and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
