Reinforced Cement Concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications - RCC Grade M30 with a minimum cement content of 407 kg / cum - Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Concrete Pump,front end loader, electric gen set including the cost of labour material, formwork and overhead charges.

Reinforced Cement Concrete in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification -RCC Grade M30 with a minimum cement content 407 kg / cum upto 5m height - Using concrete mixer (Formwork-10%)

Furnishing and placing reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications - RCC grade M30 with a minimum cement content 407 kg / cum - Using concrete mixer - for solid slab superstructure - height upto 5m including all machineries and formwork, etc.

Providing and laying precast concrete blocks for launching apron of size 1.50x1.50x0.90m in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate) using 6mm thick steel mould including consolidation, curing and placing in position etc, Complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated Thermo Mechanical Treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW ) reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications Fe-415 or more

Providing and fixing in position 12 mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board conforming to IS : 1838 , including cost of primer , sealing compound in expansion joints

Providing and placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS : 12200 for construction / expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire befor pouring concrete etc. complete - Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick)

Providing and laying filter media using HBG metal of 12.5 mm size to a required thickness

Providing and laying filter media using HBG metal of 20 mm size to a required thickness

Providing and laying filter media using HBG metal of 40 mm size to a required thickness

Providing and laying boulders on apron on river bed for protection against sour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40kg each complete as per drawing and technical specifications boulder laid dry without wire crates(void at 30% will be deducted on the quantity arrived by taking initial and final levels). Etc Complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of Shutter Groove Angle made up of 2nos of 100x 100 x 10mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm Mild steel angle 3 nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles conveying and stacking at section store. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of ante corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer, The rate including cost of materials consumables labours charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc. Complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 80mm dia screw rod made up of mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head Set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the work site. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The screw rod should be painted with two coat of anti corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials labours charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipment, conveyance charges for labour and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Fabricating supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Light Duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 120 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the screw rod provided with thrust bearing for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head Set Assembly conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials labours charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc. Complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters size above 2.00m and upto 3.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 10mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150x75 mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out 100x50 mm mild steel channel (ISMC) at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, in loading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new Shutter and the Shuttering arrangemens in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labour, power charges. Conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores cost of petty civil works, trail operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge

Dry stone pitching on slopes to required thickness and profile with hammer dressed garnite stones having no side less than 15 cum for revetment works , preparing surface etc., complete

Supplying with gravel for apron and rivetment

Conveyance of available soil and dressing up in embankment by using machinery for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depression within a lead of 1 km and lift upto 6mts in all kinds of soil. Etc Complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge
