Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. Renewing and refixing the damaged aluminium anodized powder coated matt finish fully PLB partition with 63.50 x 38.10 x 1.28mm extruded box section at bottom, vertical and horizontal members. The vertical members are spaced at 80mm centre to centre to horizontal members are spaced at 0.80M, 1.60M and 2.40M height from the floor level. Panels should be covered with 9mm thick both side PLB exterior grade with necessary accessories like rubber beedings, aluminium clips, screws etc. The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868 / 1962 specificaitons for an average wall thickness of not less than 15 microns. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, conveyance, scaffolding charges if any required etc and necessary dismantling making holes in RCC (or) masonry works with power drill and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing the partition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing and refixing the aluminium door 1/2 glazed and 1/2 panelled using anodized Powder coated matt finish aluminium door with frame made out of 47.62 x 44.45 x 1.18mm for vertical, top, horizontal and middle. Bottom, horizontal made out of frame size 101.60 x 44.45 x 1.20mm and the door panel top 1/2 portion is fixed with 5mm thick plain / glass and bottom half portion fixed with 9mm thick novapan board includng necessary accessories like alumnium clips, rubber beedings, door handle, door closer, furniture fittings, screws etc and also inclusive of labour charges for dismantling the exisitng masonryor RCC works and making holes required with power drill, power consumption charges fixing the door frame and shutter frame in position redoing the dismantled portion to the original condition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing of 'Aluminium Door Stopper with Rubber Bush with required screws - with required screws with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Renewing and fixing Mild Steel Grills for windows and ventilators etc., including the cost of mild steel angles, plates, rods, cost of welding charges and one coat of priming coat etc., complete.(The design should be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Providing post constructional anti termite treatment by drilling 1/2" dia holes at uniform intervals of 12" at jeneture of the building and the Chemical ALDRIN (0.50%) will be walls and floors to a depth of 4" to 5" inside the building and the Chemical ALDRIN (0.50%) will be quirilled inside these hole leg using hand presure pumps from its fills to it refusal. The wooden frame will be spread by the same termicide solution center pheriphery of the building will be treated by making a sall chanal around the building and the hole s are to be made by using crew bar termicide (ALDRIN) to be squrilled inside these holes after completion of treatment all holes drilled in the walls and floors closed by cement.

Repainting the old iron work two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour and brand including thorough scrapping preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Repainting the old wood work two coats in all floors with best Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand including thorugh scrapping, sand papering and preparation of surface including cost of bruses, high scaffolding charges neat finishing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Collecting the earth debries using tipper mechinary from works sport and dumping the same into low area to a distance of 3 km away from the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.
