Providing and laying TACK COAT over the WBM surface using 4.00 Kg of bituminous emulsion for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying premix carpet with seal coat type A for 20mm thickness using 0.18 Cum of 13.20 mm IRC size HGB metal and 0.09 cum of 11.20 mm IRC size HGB metal with and 0.09Cum of 6.70 mm IRC size HGB metal 24.40 kg of 60/70 bitumen for premixing 10 Sqm of Premix carpet including cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric gauge for Premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregate and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only, rolling by 80-100 KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet, application of bitumen for seal coat separately over premix carpet etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for Mini hot mix Plant, bitumen boiler, power roller and all other tools and plants employed but excluding cost of primer/tack cost etc., complete as per clause 509 of MOST specification..
