Bituminous Concrete (BC) BC 25 mm Thick (Grade-II)  Using  VG30  Bitumen  Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 MORD Specification 111, 112, 501, 507,900

RUMBLE STRIPS COVERED WITH BITUMINOUS SURFACE Provision of 1 nos. rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm high at centre, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking.

Provision for Painting and lettering of Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade KM stone of standard design (size1.65m x 0.45m x 0.15m) as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703

Provision for Road Furniture at T-Junction improvements Providing and erecting of Retro - reflectorized cautionary , Mandatory and Informatory signs (without definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type - IV standards of IRC - 67: 2012 and ASTM D -09, Specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a black supporting frame of25MMx25mmx3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75x75x6 mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundadation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials , equipment , Machinary and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. Higj intensity Retro Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro - reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67 - 2012 ( as per MORTH Specification No 801) Stop Sign Board - 75 cm high Octagon

ROAD MARKING WITH HOT APPLIED THERMOPLASTIC COMPOUND WITH REFLECTORISING GLASS BEADS ON BITUMINOUS SURFACE Providing and Laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass breads as per IRC 35. The Finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH specification No :803

Constrcution of Wearing coat at CH 9580-9600 m Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.2 Km 1/0 - 2/0
