NPSR: Fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of one no of Timer and metering panel board for the power supply of over all size 1100mm x 650mm x 250mm made out of 16SWG thick cold rolled M.S. Sheet. The front side compartment have energy meter with viewing glass with 10mm hylem sheet. The back side compartments with 40 – 63A rating, TPN MCB, “C Series, 10KA breaking capacity (Make – Siemens/ABB), 1no. of Timer switch (Daily) analog with battery backup to 200hrs. (Make – L&T – Hagger/ Legrand - Lexic), 1no. 60A power contactor (Make – C&S), 1no. of toggle switch (Make – C&S), 3nos of signal lamp (Blue, Red, Yellow). (Make – Siemens/C&S/ L&T/Teknic). The switch units are to be fixed with in the allotted size in the 10mm hylem sheet. The bottom sheet of the shell should be of 16SWG thick cold rolled M. S. Sheet with brass gland for cable entry. The panel has to be mounted on the floor with in the height of 375mm. Interior connection between the switch fuse units are to be done with 10.0sqmm ISI marked, FR PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable. (Make – Finolex / Polycab). The door should be of flush type inter locking in one position. The panel provided with removable type gland plated to the bottom and with sufficient holes of required diameter. The panel should be painted with two coats of rust proof Zinc chromate and two coats of anti corrosive epoxy shade 631 siemens grey paint after completion of de-rusting process. Earth work excavation of foundation stench of size 1.00mx0.45m x0.60m and filling river sand for a depth of 10cm and P.C.C. 1:2:4 of size 1.00m x0.45m x 0.50m. The cost should be inclusive of minor modification suitable for site condition as approved by the engineer – in – charge.

Code No. 17.2.9: Supply and erection MS swaged tublar pole with base plate and foundation bolt & nut and single ornamental bracket two coats of zinc chromate and two coats of aluminium / epoxy painting. Pole height 7.5mt. Pole dimension - 139.7 x 4.50 x 3000mm , 114.3 x 3.65 x 2250mm, 88.9 x 3.25mm x 2250mm bracket dimension 60.3mm x 3.65mm x 2700mm - 1no, base plate dimension 300mm x 300mm x 10mm. with stiffner plate. Overall height 9 mt. Including excavation of earth 750 x 750 x 1500mm and cement concrete 1:2:4 - 750 x 750 x 1500mm for filling and capping above ground level 450mm dia x 600mm height. One coat of zinc chromate and two coat of aluminium/epoxy painting should be done after erection of the pole and inclusive of suitable length 1.50mt.- 2 nos. of 40mm dia medium class GI pipe for cable raising.

Code No.17.2.11: Fixing testing and commissioning of Sodium vapour/Mercury vapour/Metal halide street light fittings on existing poles as required

Code No.31.263.1: Making earth pit of G.I pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I pipe medium class of length 3.05 perforated with 46 Nos. of 12mm dia holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I pope shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround, covered with R.C.C precast slab etc. As per I.E.standards.

NPSR: Supply,Fixing and wiring of MS rod earthing wih 20mm dia MS rod for all street lighting poles as per te standard practice including interconnecting GI wire upto earthing terminal of the pole.
