The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with a value equivalent to the current work in the previous year. The bidder should have executed building works or related works costing at or more than 50% of the proposed contract value in a single contract or in two contracts. The value of work executed in the previous year should be equivalent to the value of this work for full marks, with proportionate reduction if it is less. The bidder should have prior work experience in the Civil Engineering construction field for the last five years, with a performance certificate covering works completed during the last five consecutive financial years. The completed value, including taxes/GST, should be more than 50% of the proposed contract value in a single contract or in two contracts directly issued by the concerned organization during the past five years. The bidder should also have credentials for the works executed by them within the past 5 years, supported by certificates issued by an authority not lower than the rank of Executive Engineer. One mark will be given for 1% of the value put to tender, and if the average Annual turnover (Including Taxes / GST) for the past five years exceeds 50% of the value put to tender, full marks will be given. The working capital available should be at least 5% of the balance work on hand of all the works under execution by the contractor plus the value of the work put to tender. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed and completed building works or related works with a completed value, including taxes (GST), of more than 50% of the proposed contract value in a single contract or in two contracts directly issued by the concerned organization during the past five years. The required amount of similar works completed is at least 50% of the proposed contract value, and the percentage is 50% of the proposed contract value. The bidder should have executed work (including taxes/GST) at or more than 50% of the value of this work under a single contract or in two contracts.
