ANNEXURE - II A1: Water proof coating below 500 Sq.m Providing and Applying high perfomance solar reflective & Acrylate silicon based Waterproofing coating which is single component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof screed surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength 2N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break≥ 200%, Abrasion resistance 21mg confirming to ASTM D 4060 and Crack bridging ability up to 2 mm, including surface preparation, priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading @ 0.125 L/m2 as self-priming coat in the SSD condition and spreading 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

A3: White Washing two coats for old walls using clean shell lime slaked including cost of lime, gum, blue, brushes, including thorough scrapping the existing surface, scaffolding etc., all complete.

A4: Painting two coats for old wall with ready mixed PLASTIC EMULSION PAINT of first class quality paint of approved colour and shade, including cost of materials, thorough Scrapping,necessary brushes, labour charges, patty etc., all complete.

A5: Painting the old Iron work and other similar works such as PVC /ASTM Pipes, Kerb Stone and grills with two coats of approved first class synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and brand, with relevant Standard specifications including thorough scrapping, material & labour charges etc., all complete (paints and its shade shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before using)

A6: Painting the old wood work with two coats of approved Ist class synthetic enamel paint including clean removal of old paint using sand paper as required by the departmental officers including cost of thorough scrapping, material, labour for painting, etc all complete (paints and its shade shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before using)

A7: Painting the old walls with TWO COATS OF OIL BOUND DISTEMPER of approved brand over cement plastered wall surfaces including scrapping Cost of paints, putty, brushes, watering, curing etc., all complete as directed by departmental officers (paints and its shade be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use).

A8: Chipping the concrete and roughening the surface by using chipping machine without affecting the concrete structure and removing the loosely adhering particles using wire brush etc., all complete and as directed by the department officers.
