The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing specific works in the last Five years. The details are as follows: - For Zone 1 (A) - Chennai: i. Any one Specific work with a minimum of 596 manpower deployed per month for a minimum one-year contract. ii. Any Two Specific works with a minimum of 373 manpower deployed per month for a minimum one-year contract. iii. Any Three Specific works with a minimum of 224 manpower deployed per month for a minimum one-year contract. - For Zone 1 (B) - Chennai: i. Any one Specific work with a minimum of 604 manpower deployed per month for a minimum one-year contract. ii. Any Two Specific works with a minimum of 378 manpower deployed per month for a minimum one-year contract. - For Zone 4 – Madurai: i. Any one Specific work with a minimum of 600 manpower deployed per month for a minimum one-year contract. ii. Any Two Specific works with a minimum of 375 manpower deployed per month for a minimum one-year contract. iii. Any Three Specific works with a minimum of 225 manpower deployed per month for a minimum one-year contract. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed any Three similar works in the last Five years, with a contract value of not less than Rs. 476 lakhs.
