The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in maintenance, installation, and/or commissioning of electrical equipment or systems, providing services of wireman or electrician, or assistance for the above works. The bidder should have completed similar works satisfying the following eligibility criteria during the last seven years: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of completed work includes all taxes, levies, escalation, and cost of chargeable material, but excludes material supplied free of cost. The proportionate value of experience will be considered for work done in a joint venture or consortium. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as 80%/50%/40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder needs to provide details of similar works, including the value of work done on completion in foreign currency and Indian rupees, as well as the value of similar work done after escalation. The bidder should fill separate formats for each work experience, and the details should be uploaded as per the specified format. The bidder should not fill the details as "as per enclosure/attached annexure", as such submissions will not be considered for evaluation. The value of work done in foreign currency should be converted to Indian rupees as per the bills selling exchange rates notified by the State Bank of India prevailing on the actual date of completion of work. The value of work done meeting pre-qualification criteria should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at the specified escalation rates. The percentage of similar work completed is mentioned as 80%/50%/40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The amount of similar work completed should be mentioned, along with the value of similar work done after escalation. The bidder should submit completion certificates or similar documentary evidence certifying completeness of work issued by the client for each individual work order. In case of a company/firm formed after merger and/or acquisition of other companies/firms, the past experience and other antecedents of the merged/acquired companies/firms can be considered. However, the financial parameters of the subsidiary or parental company cannot be used by the other for qualification. The bidder should submit the work experience certificate issued by the client, and the certificate should not be issued by private individuals. The bidder should also submit the completion certificate or similar documentary evidence certifying completeness of work issued by the client, which should clearly mention the name of the work, commencement date, completion date, and actual final completion cost. The bidder should fill the relevant details in the specified format, and the details should be uploaded as per the format. The bidder should not submit the details in any other format, as such submissions will not be considered for evaluation.
