Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, scaffolding, shuttering, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing ,placing in position and removing Form work for all insitu concrete works including scaffolding etc., complete at all elevations as per drawing and specification (measurement for form work shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces)

Providing cutting ,bending placing and tying mild steel, high yield steel reinforcement in RCC works including providing spacer blocks in CM 1:2, binding wires etc.complete at all elevations as per drawings and specifications including dewatering wherever necessary etc complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing Pre-construction anti-termite treatment using chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrate 20 % with 1 % concentration as per specifications. Note: The contractor shall furnish from the agency carrying out this work under this item a written guarantee in favour of NPCIL for the satisfactory performance of the treatment for a period of ten years.

Providing and constructing cement concrete block masonry of minimum M5 grade conforming to IS-2185 of latest version , using solid blocks of Approved size , cement mortar 1:4 by volume, for walls in super structure for all locations and elevations including scaffolding, racking out joints, curing etc complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and constructing 100mm thick cement concrete block masonry of minimum M5 grade conforming to IS-2185 of latest version , using solid blocks of Approved size , cement mortar 1:4 by volume, including providing 40mm thick Cement Concrete 1:2:4 at every third layer, for partition walls at all elevations and locations including scaffolding, racking out joints, curing etc complete as per specifications and drawing

Providing and applying exterior emulsion paint of ACE of ASIAN/ Promise of ICI DULUX/Wall masta of LEWIS BERGER of approved make & shade in two or more coast over a coat of approved primer to give an even shade as per manufacturer's instruction to the external plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces, scaffolding etc. at all elevations, complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and applying Plastic Emulsion paint of Asian paints /Lewis Berger /ICI Dulux make of approved shade in two or more coats over a coat of primer including preparation of surface with required coats of putty using Birla/ JK make, sand papering etc., to get good finish at all elevations, all as per drawings and specifications

Providing and Fixing in position Anti-Skid ceramic floor tiles of approved sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of premium quality confirming to IS-15622 of JOHNSON/ SOMANY/ REGENCY/ASIAN/NITCO/BELL/ KAJARIA make, in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) including pointing the joint with white cement and matching colour pigment etc at all floors complete all as per drawings and specifications

Providing and Fixing in position ceramic glazed wall tiles of size as specified below (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of premium quality confirming to IS-15622 of JOHNSON/ SOMANY/ REGENCY/ASIAN/NITCO/BELL/ KAJARIA make laid on 20mm thick Cement Mortar 1:3(1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/Sqm including pointing the joint with white cement mixed with colour pigment of matching shade complete at all floors, all as per drawings and specifications (Size 200 x 300 mm)

Providing as per requirement and laying acid and alkali resistant tiles / bricks of approved make and colour at various elevations with 20mm thick acid and alkali resistance mortar and caulking of joints with acid resistant mortar all related materials, equipment, tools & tackles, scaffolding, all consumables etc, complete as per drawing and specification.

Providing and Fixing Powder coated (50 micron black or bronze) Aluminium doors, hinged / sliding windows & ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285 powder coated to the required shade, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with Fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including filling up of gap at junctions, at top, at bottom and sides with required PVC / Neoprene felt etc, aluminium sections are smooth rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required, sections are prepared to receive the glass or particle board of specified thickness, including aluminium snap beading, CP brass / stainless steel screws, providing and Fixing all powder coated fixtures and fittings all complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and Fixing 5.5mm thick plain glazing, Modi guard/Saint Gobain make for aluminium windows and ventilator shutters fixed glazing, with PVC/neoprene gasket, aluminium snap beading etc. all complete as per drawings and specifications (Cost of aluminium snap beadings will be paid in Aluminium item).

Providing and Fixing PVC door frame of size 50 x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5 mm rigid foam sheet, mitre cut at two corners and jointed with 2nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15 mm MS square tube in two corners. The two vertical door profile are to be reinforced with 19x19mm phosphated square tube of 19 gauge & hard wood shall be inserted in re square tube. EPDM Rubber gasket weather seal to be provided throughout re-frame, the door frame shall be fixed to the wall by drilling 100 mm long stainless screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners on each side of the verticals, minimum 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and the Door shutter shall be of 30 mm thick PVC panel door of approved shade and design made out of 5 mm thick C-channels of width 50 mm to form the styles and rails the inner panel shall be of minimum 5 mm thick which is welded/sealed to the style and rails along with 5 x 25 mm PVC beading on all sides and both faces. The shutter frames shall be square M.S. tube of heavy gauge 20 x 20mm on all sides including providing and Fixing fittings and fixture as per relevant IS such as 75mm SS hinges-3 Nos, 75mm Aluminium handle-2 Nos and 100mm aluminium Tower bolt - 2 nos etc complete as per specifications

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, as per clause 406 of MORT & H specifications complete in all respects.

(Note: Payment shall be made only to the superficial area. No over laps, corrugations /profile shall be measured)

Supplying and Fixing in position approved quality 18SWG steel rolling shutter, push and pull type made of MS girders, pressed bottom rails, brackets, extra strong door suspension shaft with fully and cage with cowl, top rolling springs, hood locking arrangements, all fittings and accessories as per approved drawings including providing and applying two coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromite primer, Fixing at all levels as per drawings and specifications Note:(1)payment will be made based on the clear structural opening dimensions only and not full size of shutter. (2). The hood will not be measured for payment

Providing and laying to proper levels and slopes and in chequered board fashion, hardonite cement concrete flooring 40mm thick , 28mm thick cement concrete M30 with 12 mm and down stone aggregate and a top layer of 12 mm thick wearing coat with metallic concrete hardener mix of approved quality mixed in the ratio of 1: 4 by weight ( 1 part of metallic hardener : 4 parts of cement) and mixing the same with 2 parts of 6 mm aggregate by volume, making the paste with water cement ratio not exceeding 0.4, including cement slurry, providing glass strips, laying in alternate bays in panels not exceeding 5 SqM finishing, curing etc. complete inclusive of all materials, labour, equipment, all as per drawings and specifications .
