VRF Outdoor Units: Supply & installation and commissioning of Digital/ Invertor based compressor with Variable Refrigerant Flow [VRF] system (with R-410 A) connectable to multiple indoor units. Outdoor unit shall be factory assembled weather proof casing constructed from heavy gauge mild steel panels with epoxy coated painting. The unit shall be completely factory wired and tested with necessary controls. The compressor shall be highly efficeint Digital scroll type controller. The aluminium fins shall be covered with anti-corrosion resin. Unit shall be equipped with oil recovery system to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping. The minimum Energy Efficiency Ratio shall be as per ASHRAE STANDARDS 90.1 -2001 table 6.2.1B . The COP of the system shall be greater than 4 under ARI conditions for 100% load . The unit shall be compatible for BMS operation, as per Specifications and as directed by Engineer incharge.

VRF Indoor Units: Supply & installation and commissioning of Indoor floor standing unit. The indoor unit shall have independent electronic control valve to control the refrigerant folw rate respond to variations of the airconditioning load of the room. The fan shall be aerodynamically designed turbo multiblade type. Statically and dynamically balanced to ensure lowest noise. The cooling coil shall be made of seamless copper tube. The tube shall be Hydraulically or mechanically expanded and tested for 21Kg/cm2. The minimum Energy Efficiency Ratio shall be as per ASHRAE STANDARDS 90.1 -2001 table 6.2.1B. The cassette/ ducted type indoor unit shall have the inbuilt drain pump arrangement. Indoor units shall have a wireless/ wired remote control, as per Specifications and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Installation and commissioning of air conditioner and ventilation equipments, valves/ dampers; Receipt of Air conditioner and other ventilation equipment, valves & dampers from stores, handling, transportation and erection as per manufacturer recommendation, guidelines & technical specification. The work also includes transportation, storage, shifting to the location, providing tools and tackles, manpower, machineries, scaffoldings, consumables including fasteners leveling, aligning with base frame/ flanges, fixing of vibro-isolators, bolting as per manufacturer documents, inspection, commissioning of units, preparation and handing over of as built drawing & commissioning reports as per technical specifications for acceptance of NPCIL.

Supply, Installation, Testing, vacuumising, refrigerant charging of suction & discharge lines of 16G Copper tube conforming ASTM B280 with 19mm thick insulation by nitril rubber tubular covered by polyshield tape connecting the indoor units and outdoor units with supports like clamp,threaded rod ,anchor fastner,nut ,bolt & washers as directed by engineer. The work also includes providing pressure testing of tubing with nitrogen, arrangement of consumables, necessary tools, tackle, manpower, scaffolding, supply of clamp supports along with rubber pad,tray, brazing gases, filler wire, flux etc. for completion of work. The work also includes preparation and submission of erection reports for acceptance of NPCIL.

Supply, fabrication and Erection of GI Ducting and fittings: Supply of Galvanized steel sheets confirming to IS: 277-2008, designation GPD, grade of zinc coating 275 of 1.0 mm thick sheets, transportation, preparation and submission of Incoming material inspection report (IMIR), storage, preparation of duct/ fitting fabrication drawings for engineer’s acceptance, cutting of sheets to required size & shape, bending, rolling, edge preparation pitts burg lock seam/ grooved seam, spiral seam for circular ducts and rectangular ducts & fittings such as bends, elbows, taps, T-joints, reducers of various sizes, collar piece, erection of ducts & fittings at site with metal flanged connection. This work also includes supply and joining by GI rivets, fasteners, nut-washers as per IS 1363 & IS 1367 of property class 5.6, 5 mm thick EPDM/ Neoprene self adhesive gasket of equal flange width for flange connection, supply and application of silicon duct sealant, inspection as per specification and drawings, providing tools & tackles, machineries, manpower, preparation and handing over of as built drawings, reports, construction completion certificate (CCC) for following items.

Modification in erected GI Ducting: Dismantling of erected duct, fittings, cutting, drilling, re fabrication as per the modified drawing and re erection at site for following items. The work also involves providing tools & tackles, machinaries, manpower, consumables required for execution of work.

Dismantling of erected GI duct and fittings and depositing the material as per instruction of EIC.

Supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel: Supply of carbon steel structures angle/ flats, beams, channels, box sections, rods, plates of various sizes as per Indian Standard and material grade as per IS 2062-2011 Grade E-250 Quality-A, sheet up to 2 mm thickness as per IS 513 designation - CR-3, plates as per IS 2062-2011 Grade E-250 Quality-BR, cutting, drilling, fabrication of equipment/ base frames/ ducting supports/ flanges and stiffeners for ducts and other structural's, welding, visual inspection and erection at various locations & elevation, preparation and submission of erection reports for acceptance as per specification. This work also involves supply and erection of bolt nut washers as per IS 1363 property class 5.6, 8.8 providing tools & tackles, manpower, scaffolding, electrodes to complete the work.

Modification of Erected structurals and supports: Dismantling of erected structural and ducting supports, cutting, drilling, re fabrication as per the modified drawing and re erection at site for following items. The work also involves providing tools & tackles, machinaries, manpower, scaffolding, consumables required for execution of work.

Dismantling of Erected structurals and ducting supports as per revised drawings and specification and depositing the material as per instruction of EIC.

Re-erection of dis-assembled ducting supports/ Pre fabricated supports This work includes welding of dismantled structures and touch up painting, arrangement of tools & tackles, machineries, consumables, fasteners, manpower, P&M required for execution of work.

Supply and application of anti corrosive Paint in Structural Steel: The work includes a) Surface preparation by grit blasting, supply and application of zinc rich epoxy primer of thickness 75 to 80 microns as per technical specification b) Supply and application of High build Epoxy finish paint in two coats (150 to 160 microns) and to get overall DFT (including primer) of 230 to 240 microns on structural steel surfaces as per the instructions given in technical specification.

Manpower supply for various miscellaneous works related to HVAC, chilled water and Fire water systems which are not included in BOQ such as shifting of miscellaneous free issue materials from store, inspection and record keeping of already preserved equipments at site, assisting during pre commissioning checks of ventilation/ Chilled water/ Fire water systems, periodic checking of operability of electric actuators ventilation dampers etc. The work also involves providing necessary hand tools, tackles, safety gears required for the work. [1 Shift operation = 9 Hrs. of work by 1 person of relevant category including lunch break]
