Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass bush wood trees and saplings up to 30 cm girth and removal of rubbish up to a lead of 2 km outside the periphery of area cleared as per drawings and specifications

Earth work excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual means for foundation, trenches etc., in all types of soils below ground level including shoring, strutting, bailing / pumping of water, leveling, ramming the bottom of excavation, refilling with selected excavated materials in the sides of the foundation in layers, consolidating and disposing off the surplus earth at places as directed within a lead of 50 m all as per drawings and specifications. - up to 1.5m ht

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:6 using hard granite stones including hammer dressing the stones, providing bond stones as per specifications ,raking out the joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete as per specifications.

In foundation and basement

In superstructure above plinth at all elevations.

Providing and laying rubble soling to a consolidated thickness of 150 mm, using 150mm thick random rubble spotless stone, murram (gravel) hand packed, well rammed and consolidated including watering, complying with specifications and drawings complete.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6, using 40 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, levelling, compaction, vibrating, scaffolding, shuttering, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete,curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing flush pointing on Stone work in cement mortar 1:3 including scaffolding, curing etc all as per drawings and specifications

Providing, fabricating and erection of approved Hot Dipped Galvanised coating of 120-140 Micron (910 GSM) made out of structural steel members viz M.S. angles, flats,plates, channels,rods (but not for pipes,tubes and hollow sections ) etc conforming to relevant IS, including cost of welding, welding rods, drilling holes, bolts/nuts wherever required etc and including cost of all labour, machinary, scaffolding, hire charges, transportation charges from the factory to KKNPP etc.all as per the drawings and specifications and as deirected by the Engineer-in- Charge. (The hot dip galvanise coating is being rate has been considered from pudukottaiah to Kudankulam for a Minimum Quantity of 5 -6 M.T)

Supply and fixing of CONSEC ZAL Super Razor punched barb tape (SRPBT) Aluminium base helix coil of 610mm dia (Before stretch ) including necessary fixing clips for securing complete as per following specification:- (i) Dia of coil (unstretched) - 610 mm (ii) No of circless: - 51 turns per coil (iii) Coverage in length:- 6 Mtr per Coil (iv) Weight of each coil with hessian pack - 8.00 kg(±0.5). (v) Central core wire: - Made from 2.60mm dia H.T.S.S wire as per IS - 4454 galvanised as per IS-2629. (vi) Razor Punched strip:- Razor punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL Steel comprising of Aluminium base with Zinc alloy @ 150 gm/ m2 conforming to ASTM A - 792 / A - 792M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy / Polyurethane & Final Paint Top coat of Caulifield green shade (BSL 139) by Hot Dipping process & Barb Tape Length - 23.50 mm, Barb Width - 18.60 mm, Barb Spacing - 36.00 mm, Centre Width - 7.40 mm, including etc., complete  as per drawings and specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of GI Barbed wire of Type A (Iowa Type ), Designation A -1 IS : 278, with line wire of diameter 2.5 mm and lenth of Barb shall be 13 - 18 mm and point wire of diameter 2.5mm , distance between two Barbs shall be 75mm with mass of 155 g/m and Tensile strength of 390-590 N/ mm2, minimum breaking load of wire shall be 3.7KN with base material of core wire shall be TATA/SAIL/RINL/JSW and galvanishing coating shall be not less than 260 GSM and type of coating of barbed wire shall be Heavily Coated with Soft as per the Table - 1 of IS: 4826 – 1979 and point wire shall be sharp and cut an angle not ≥ 35 degree, including GI binding wire tied to 'Y' angle posts etc., complete  as per drawings and specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing diamond-mesh shaped weave Chain Link Fence Fabric composed of 3.00 mm (+/- 0.1) wire made up of material as per UNS Designation S - 30403 in accordance to ASTM : A 580 /580M-23 having minimum element percentage of 8% Ni & 18% Cr in 304 Grade with minimum elongation of 35% . The wires should run vertically and bent into a zigzag pattern so that each "zig" hooks with the wire immediately on one side and each "zag" with the wire immediately on the other to form the characteristic diamond pattern of total fabric width of 3000 mm having knuckled edges to provide strength and rigidity with mesh size of 50 mm (+/- 5) constructed with tolerance in accordance to Cl.7 & 8 of ASTM : A 392-03 . The fixation of the fence will involve strengthening through three lines of 8.0 swg wire of same SS – 304 composition , each line clipped @ 1.0 mtr spacing at intersecting points with the fence through SS-304 “C” clips with additional SS-304 Box clips , SS-304 nuts, SS-304 bolts and SS-304 washers as required etc complete. The chain link shall be provided as per drawings & specificationand as directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting epoxy paint over structural steel members of 240 microns dry film thickness consisting of two coats of Apcodur CF 641 CS of Asian paints /Proctato mastic of berger/Inter lac1054 of M/s Akzonable with zinc silicate primer, after cleaning the surface by compressed air providing compressor mix brushes/coir brushes/cotton waste etc including cost of all labour, machinery, scaffolding, hire charges of compressor cost of Brushes etc., all as per manufacturers specification

Supplying and embedding broken glass pieces in coping laid over random rubble masonry works at all elevations including scaffolding etc., as per drawings and specifications

Removing/dismantling the existing structural steel members, fabricating and Fixing in position structural steel members (Strucutral steel item used for the work will be paid under relevant item and removed structural steel members should be deposited to NPCIL store)
