The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works, which are defined as construction of RCC Multi-Storeyed (above G+3 - storeys or floors) Building or Civil Structures. The bidder needs to have experience of similar works satisfying the following eligibility criteria during the last seven years. The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of completed work includes all taxes and levies, escalation (if any), and the cost of material supplied by the client on a chargeable basis. The bidder needs to provide details of similar works, including the value of work completed. In case of a joint venture or consortium, the proportionate value of experience will be considered against eligibility, based on the actual share of the bidder. For other types of entities, such as a proprietorship firm, partnership firm, LLP, or company, the full value of experience will be considered if the bidder is participating in the same name and style. The value of similar works completed should be at least 80%/50%/40% of the estimated cost put to tender, and should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum for work done in India and 2% per annum for work executed outside India.
