Sand faced plaster 20 mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights above plinth level as given below with base coat in cement mortar 1:4 with 12 mm thick and finishing coat in CM 1:3, 8 mm thick, final rendering, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc., complete as directed by EIC.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 5 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying polyethylene/poly propylene Synthetic Macro Fiber of make Flowcrete / Sika / Fibrecrete/ Bajaj Reinforcements LLP or any other approved make for anticrack @ 1.8 kg/Cum or as per manufacturer specification. complete as specifed by manufacturer and directed by EIC Note: fibre should be added in the concrete while mixing before placement.

Providing 8mm thick Heavy Duty , Slip Resistant, Antimicrobial Self Smoothing Polyurethane Resin Floor Topping With High Chemical Resistance Suitable For solar evaporation pond Manufactured By M/S. Flowcrete/ Basf /Fosrac /Sika , On new Concrete Surfaces (Horizontal, vertical and slopes) A) Scarifying the surface, cleaning the surface thoroughly & removing laitance completely assisted with vacuum cleaning machine and cutting of anchor grooves. (B)Providing and applying Scratch coat and filling all the pot holes, chipped weak concrete areas and anchor grooves along the termination of floor, construction joints, repair joints so as to get a good mechanical key and allow it dry (C)Providing and laying 8mm heavy duty , slip resistant, antimicrobial self-smoothing polyurethane resin floor topping with high chemical resistance suitable for solar evaporation plant in approved color. Complete as directed by EIC Note :- The PU flooring is to be guaranteed for any defects of wear and tear for a period of 05 years in the prescribed proforma. During this period of guarantee the guarantor shall make good all defects and for that matter, shall replace at his risk and cost such damaged flooring within 15 days from date of receiving the notice of such repair/rectification.
