Dewatering underground water or continous seeping water using suitable pump/or pumps of required capacity for pumping out seepage water or mud water including all equipment , manpower, drain pipes, cleaning the area complete as specified and directed. NOTE :- This item will be measured and paid only if continous pumping of inflow water is to be performed for more than an hour in one go and min capacity of pump shall be 5Hp.

Lead charges for the 1 KM or part thereof for additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively

a) For soil for 1KM lead.

b) For Debris 1Km lead

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Construction of granular sub-base With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-20 by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using Portland Slag Cement (PSC) conforming to IS 455 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Chettinadu, Coramandal, KCP or equivalent), crushed stone sand, graded stone aggregates of 20 mm maximum size at and at all depths below plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., complete but excluding formwork as per specifications and direction of EIC.

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC source of Grade M - 30 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 340 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using Portland Slag Cement (PSC) conforming to IS 455 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Chettinadu, Birla, Coromandal, , KCP or equivalent make) with manufactured/robo sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT or equivalent make in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork as specified and directed by EIC.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting / fixing in position Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete items at all depths and heights below and above plinth level with high yield strength deformed bars conforming to IS 1786, Fe 500D with TM Treatment from approved source (Vizag steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal or equivalent make) including transporting steel to site, loading , unloading, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending using rod bending machine , fixing and tying in position with two strands of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire, providing cement mortar cover blocks in CM 1:1, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Box type water proofing treatment to settling tank, dosing tank and other underground structures from out side at all depths below average ground level by providing water proofing treatment with cement mortar mixed with water proofing compound of suitable thickness in layers (over the cement concrete 1:3:6 bedding already laid) and finishing with a layer of rough shahabad stone of about 20 mm thick, pointing the joints with cement mortar mixed with water proofing compound etc., complete for the base and for external faces of side walls, applying a layer of cement mortar mixed with water proofing compound, fixing rough shahabad stone of about 20 mm thick, pointing the joints with cement mortar mixed with water proofing compound, finishing with a layer of cement mortar mixed with water proof compound and continuing the treatment to height above the ground level including cleaning, scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as per the specifications of specialized agency and as directed but excluding cost of cementconcrete 1:3:6 bedding. The total thickness of treatment shall be about 70 mm for base and about 40 mm for side walls. Note: 1) The water proofing treatment is to be guaranteed for bone dry condition for 10 years as per the prescribed proformas. 2) Measurement shall be taken before commencement of treatment along the outer profile of the structure to be treated. 3) A working space of about 600 mm wide alround from the edge of the raft shall be provided and paid extra in the excavation for enabling specialized agency for treating external faces of side walls. 4) Tanks shall be tested for leak tightness prior to and after application of water proofing treatment.

a) For base (Horizontal surface).

b) For out side walls (Vertical surfaces).

Providing formwork (centering and shuttering) using timer planks/steel plates at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, in vertical, horizontal and inclined plates including propping and bracing using Acro pipes or steel tubular staging, stripping for in-situ reinforced and plain cement concrete work as required, chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying a coat of shuttering oil on all contact surfaces with concrete, hacking the surfaces in contract with masonry after stripping etc., complete as specified and directed by EIC.

BRICKWORK in foundation, plinth and superstructure using quality fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) at and at all depths below & above plinth level, simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete/gsb/solling surfaces carefully in flooring, platforms etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed

Providing grouting (including tamping) for foundations, structures, equipments, base plates, anchor holes, etc., with non-shrink, free flow grout of shrinkhomp-30 of M/S A.C.C, Fosroc or equivalent mixed with/without filler like sand in 1:1, including shuttering wherever necessary at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level complete as specified and directed. Note: Weight of grout used in the work will be measured for payment. However, the rate quoted shall inclusive of all materials.

a). At the base of the machine without aggregate.

b). In pockets with mixing of aggregate in 1:1.

Proving and filling with polysulphide filler 25mm thick upto 150mm deep in between machine foundation and existing flooring joint etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
