Supply, Fabrication and erection of Aluminium Rain Water Gutters made to required shape using 3mm to 8mm thick or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, Aluminium plate conforming to relevent IS Code of makes JINDAL,NALCO or from any manufacturer's source making plate using ingots of above, including stainless steel fastners, required bending and strightening of sheet at all heights, cutting, drilling of holes, welding (using soldering or other Approved Methods)etc.,complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Weight of only aluminum plate/sheet will be considered for payment.

Supply and application of KEMPEROL V 21O OF KEMPER SYSTEM GERMANY over rain water gutter through its authorized applicators recommended by the company up to 2.0 mm thick by using three component liquid applied system based on unsaturated polyester resin with polyester fleece as reinforcement in the following steps . 1. On the previously prepared surface apply, KEMPEROL EP Primer evenly with the help of a Nylon Brush. 2.Sprinkle silica sand (0.3 to 0.7 mm) @ 200-300 gm per Sqm on the wet primer. 3. After 4-6 hrs of drying time (depending upon temperature and humidity) of primed surface apply KEMPEROL V 210 mix with help of a Nylon roller or Brush. 4.Roll out the KEMPEROL Fleece over the KEMPEROL V 210 wet mix. (overlaps of Kemperol fleece should be not less than 50mm over the joints). 5. Remove all wrinkles and then saturate completely with KEMPEROL V 210. The tensile strength of the complete system/ membrane should be more then @ 6.25 N/mm2 and Elongation more than 74 % (with Fleece). etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The contractor shall furnish warranty as per prescribed proforma for maintaining the roof/gutter leak proof for a minimum period of 10 years. The warranty shall be given by authorised applicator and countersigned by contractor.

ACP CLADDING :- Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design by NFC. Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel of make ALUDECOR /VIVA/Alstrong/Alstone sheet or equiavlent with Tray System cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding shall be done with Aluminum framming section with 25x50mm 1.5mm thk Brand Jindal /Hindalco or equivalent natural colour with necessary screws and hardware for complete system.The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete including scaffolding , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. :Providing & fixing of ACP panelling with 4 MM THK approved make ALUDECOR /VIVA/Alstrong/Alstone sheet with Tray System. The panel groves fill with DC 789 weather sealant grade from Dow corning make or approved equivalent, Screw, Nut Bolt, GI bracket, Maskin Tape, Backer Rod, ETC. Aluminum framming section with 25x50mm 1.5mm thk Brand Jindal /Hindalco thick natural colour with necessary screws and hardware for complete system.

Supplying and fixing following size uPVC UV-Stabilised soil / waste quality pipes and fittings ( SWR ) for soil, waste, vent, antisyphonege, HVAC waste pipe and rain water pipe lines consisting following items of work:- i) Providing and fixing uPVC UV-Stabilised Soil / waste pipe as per IS:13592 and IS:14735 Grade-B/Grade-A laid in floor & on Exposed faces of wall of Supreme make ii) Fixing the pipeline vertically by Metal clamps with rubber seal of Supreme make Cat. No. SWRMCR 1to6. iii) Providing and fixing uPVC cowl at the top of soil, waste water & vent pipe line. iv) Laying the pipe below floor / ground to proper slope and gradient for making connections of soil / waste water pipe line with inspection chamber or Manhole, including the cost of cement mortar, cement concrete, water proofing compound etc. v) Jointing the pipe with Solvent Cement & Rubber ring gasket with making holes in walls / floor grooving and redoing the same and brick support etc. Giving water-tightness test for the pipes laid as per codal provisions. Providing Ring Joint pipes at verticals and solvent cement jointed pipes at consealed locations. vi) Necessary cutting to the required length including short pieces, fittings with & without door, assorted fittings such as plugs, tees, couplers, reducers, cross tees, reducing tees, elbows, bends, cleaning pipe, single & double Y, vent cowl, gaskets, offsets, Tank / WC connectors etc.

IVth Layer (Bottom Coat):- Providing and fixing lOmm thick Polyurethane Elastic Rubber pads of size 150mmXl5Omm at a spacing of 300mm center to centre fixed below the pine wood runners . Finally marking of floor as per standard with epoxy marking paint. The exiting concrete floor to be leveled by chipping the existing surface or by providing the self leveling cement as required to make the surface suitable for fixing the Composite flooring complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-charge.
