The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing works during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed similar works with values such as: - One completed similar work not less than Rs. 3.37 Cr. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 2.53 Cr. - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.69 Cr. Additionally, the bidder should have carried out a minimum quantity of 860 Sqm of PU/Epoxy/Synthetic flooring individually or in combination in either of the mentioned works. The value of executed work will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder is also required to have certain prior work experience, for example: - A Project Manager should have 7 years of experience with a Degree in Engineering. - A Site Engineer should have 5 years of experience with a Degree in Engineering or 10 years of experience with a Diploma in Engineering. - A Safety Engineer should have a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Safety Engineering from a recognized institute. The average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 30% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 1.27 Cr. The bidder should submit a Performance Report of works, which includes details such as the name of the work/project, location, agreement number, awarded cost, final completion value, date of start and completion of work, and performance report. The bidder is required to provide details of all works of similar class completed during the last seven years and provide a performance report of works. The bidder should also fill up the technical evaluation sheets, which includes details of similar works completed.
