The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One work of executed value not less than Rs. 147.57 lakhs excluding GST in a single Contract agreement/ work order. - Or, two works of executed value each not less than Rs. 92.23 lakhs excluding GST in two Contract agreements/ work orders. - Or, three works of executed value each not less than Rs. 73.78 lakhs excluding GST in three Contract agreements/ work orders. The bidder should have executed any work within the last 7 years prior to the original scheduled date of Tender opening. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have experience in "Repair, Maintenance and Installation of Plant/Systems/Equipments". The Minimum Average Annual Turnover of the bidder (For 3 Years) is 27 Lakh. Additionally, if L-1 is not an MSE and MSE Service Provider(s) has/have quoted price within L-1+15% of margin of purchase preference/price band, then 100% order quantity will be awarded to such MSE bidder subject to acceptance of L1 bid price.
