15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) onthe exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm diaM.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joiningwith cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for therequired duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection ofwork at required locations with essential safety features for theworkmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measuredfor payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective ofduration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially,necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing two coats of CERALASTIC/TEC WAVE 2000 / Sika Raingard / NACC roof coating / Dr. FIXIT PIDIFIN 2K water proofing membrane coating followed by one bond coat of CERA BOND SBR / TEC BOND SBR / Sika latex / NACC Latex / Dr. FIXIT PIDICRETE URP SBR LATEX over the membrane coating and providing cement plastering 6mm thick in CM 1:4 admixed with general purpose water proofing compound of respective products and curing adequately. All as per manufacturer's recommendation / standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The scope of work includes dismantling the existing damaged weathering course and tiles to expose to the RCC slab and finishing to match with the existing weathering course. Rate quoted includes cost of all materials, labour charges, conveyance, tools and all other incidental charges etc., complete. Replacing the damaged tiles and re-pointing where ever required which will be paid under separate item - for - accessible areas.

Providing and placing in position PVC water stops serrated with central bulb, 225 mm wide & 8-11 mm thick for onstruction / expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete

Providing and fixing in position of 12 mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board conforming to IS:1838 including cost of primer, sealing compound in expansion joints.

Attending to leak at roof slab and wall joint. The scope of work includes clearing the tiled terrace surfaces to be free of dust, loose particles, algae growth and atmospheric deposits, filling small blow holes if any with CERAFIL 45/TEC TILE 12/ Sika Grout / NACC Tile Grout /Dr. Fixit Crack-X and providing primer and top coat of CERAFLEX/TEC WAVE 3000/Sika Raingard / NACC High Flex single component / Dr. Fixit New Coat highly flexible membrane coating including curing adequately. All as per manufacture's recommendation / standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Rate quoted includes cost of all materials, labour charges, conveyance, tools and all other incidental charges etc. complete -for In accessible areas. One primer and two top coats.

Providing weathering course on top of roof slab with 20 mm size brick jelly and pure lime (no sand) in the proportion of 32 : 12.5 to the required thick-ness, well beaten with wooden battens, so as to secure adequate slope, all as per standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Attending Crack filling at parapet level without pressure gouting. The scope of work includes routing out the cracks with a mechanically operated groove cutter and sealing the groove with flexible sealant - CERA CRACK FILLER/TEC KRACK FILLER/Sika CRACK SEAL/NACC CRACK FILLER/Dr.FIXIT CRACK-X PASTE and providing two coats of CERAFLEX/TEC WAVE 3000/Sika RAIN GARD/NACC ROOF COATING/Dr. FIXIT NEW COAT highly flexible membrane for a width of 10cms aligned to the centre of the crack. All as per / manufacturers recommendations/ standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
