Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight notless than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing of Running/working table ( Approx Size 1.1 ( L)x 0.5m (D) x0.75m ) using 19 mm thick BWR Ply with following details of : Height 750 mm and bottom stiffener of 100mm wide at table bottom, all round necessary teak wood beading and all exposed faces are finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate (colour approved by EIC) including of cuts/holes for MS powder coated wire manager and key board of CRCA tray (Std Size) , all concealed faces of BWR Ply finished with one coat of wood preservative and exposed faces of teak wood beading polished to matching the model with neccessary hardwares Fittings any misc; all complete as per instruction of EIC. Approved Make Ply wood : Green Ply,Archid,Sharon,kitply. Approved Make Laminate 1.0mm : Green, Merino, Sunmica .

Disconnecting the Existing work station (Plywood /Modularl) fixed to Floor/Wall/Partition (Approx size 4.2 m (L) *4.m (W) *0.75 (H) ) and rate inclusive of shifting disconnected work station from IIIrd floor level to Ground level , stacking disconnected material lead up to 50m (lead starts from ground level) all complete etc., as per instruction of Engineer in charge . Work Station means : Main table , Side unit and any Partition connected to it.

Disconnecting the Existing 4 cubical work station (Plywood /Modularl) fixed to Floor/Wall/Partition (Approx Each size 1.6 m (L) *0.75m (W) *0.75m (H) ) and rate inclusive of shifting disconnected work station from Ist floor level to Ground level , stacking disconnected material lead up to 50m (lead starts from ground level) all complete etc., as per instruction of Engineer in charge . Proper care should taken while disconnecting the workstation. Work Station means : Main table , Side unit and any Partition connected to it.

Disconnecting / Cut the Existing Plywood Partition fixed to Floor/Wall/Partition (Approx size 2.7 m (L) *0.6m (H) ) for making good connection with New partition and the rate inclusive of shifting disconnected work station from Ist floor level to Ground level , stacking disconnected material lead up to 50m (lead starts from ground level) all complete etc., as per instruction of Engineer in charge . Proper care should taken while disconnecting the workstation.Work Station means : Main table , Side unit and any Partition connected to it.

Half height partition: Providing and Fixing 1.65m height partition with Aluminium section of size 50*50mm Vertically at every 600mmc/c, Horizontal of same size at Floor level, 600 mm, 1200 mm, and Top level fixed in position.12mm Thick BWR Plywood to be fixed with necessary screws on both sides and inclusive of 1mm thick lamination on both sides. Necessary Grooving in Elevation on both sides and Plywood boxing to be provided at the corner end of the partition (free standing side) size of 150x150mm finished with 1mm thick laminate.Top of Partition ,sides and corner to be finished with TEAK Wood beading of size 75x50mm (For Top portion) and neccessary wood polish complete etc.,and rate inclusive of connecting of existing partition with new one as per instruction of Engineer in charge.(Refer attached Architectural drawings) Approved Make Ply wood : Green Ply,Archid,Sharon,kitply.

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers with pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Sliding Window Central lock (best make of approved quality) for aluminium windows including necessary cutting and making good etc.complete.

Supplying of IS: 3564 marked Aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories, screws, washers, etc. make : Doorma,etc. all complete as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.
