The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One B.E Degree Holder (or) One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five year experience in similar works for bids up to Rs. 200.00 Lakhs. - One B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience in similar works and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works for bids above Rs. 200.00 Lakhs up to Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs. - One B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and Two Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works for bids above Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs to Rs.5000.00 Lakhs. - Two B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and Four Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works for bids above Rs. 5000.00 Lakhs to Rs.10000.00 Lakhs. - Three B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and Six Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works for bids above Rs. 10000.00 Lakhs to Rs.20000.00 Lakhs. - Four B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and Eight Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works for bids above Rs. 20000.00 Lakhs. The bidder should have completed certain quantities of works in any one year during the last five years, including: - Earthwork: 7122.28 m3 (minimum) and 2849.00 m3 (minimum for the last year) - GSB / WMM: 7232.56 m3 (minimum) and 2893.00 m3 (minimum for the last year) - BM / DBM: 1084.00 m3 (minimum) and 434.00 m3 (minimum for the last year) - BC / SDBC (Wearing Course): 651.00 m3 (minimum) and 260.00 m3 (minimum for the last year) - VCC/ VRCC: 543.55 m3 (minimum) and 217.00 m3 (minimum for the last year) - Steel: 16.67 mt (minimum) and 6.668 mt (minimum for the last year) The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for over the last five years. The contract value is Rs. 222.06 Lakhs. The bidder should also demonstrate access to liquid assets or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract value, which is Rs. 55.52 Lakhs. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years.
