The required prior work experience for technical personnel is as follows: 1. B.E. Civil Engineering (or) Equivalent degree holder with 1 year experience or retired SDO / AEE/ ADE. 2. Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience or retired Junior Engineer. The bidder is expected to have carried out satisfactorily work of similar size, nature, and complexity. The bidder should provide details of works carried out, including the value and percentage, if applicable. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, over the last five years, which is Rs.192.60 Lakhs. The bidder should also have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, including quantities such as: - Earthwork: 4704.60 m3 (completed) and 1881.84 m3 (minimum required) - Gravel Soling, GSB: 324.50 m3 (completed) and 129.80 m3 (minimum required) - WMM, CRM: 4923.10 m3 (completed) and 1969.24 m3 (minimum required) - Prime coat, Tack coat: 39531.80 m2 (completed) and 15812.72 m2 (minimum required) - BM, DBM: 987.70 m3 (completed) and 395.08 m3 (minimum required) - BC, SDBC: 598.50 m3 (completed) and 239.40 m3 (minimum required) - CC, VCC, VRCC: 827.85 m3 (completed) and 331.14 m3 (minimum required) - Steel: 13.20 MT (completed) and 5.28 MT (minimum required)
