The amount mentioned is Rs.352.82 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value of the contract applied for. The bidder should also have access to or have available liquid assets, working capital, cash in hand, and or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract value, which is Rs.88.20 Lakhs.
