Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 111, 112, 401 & 900 of MORTH Specification for grading-V Material.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam of required thickness including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 111, 112, 406 & 900 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 111, 112, 501, 502 & 900 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 111, 112, 501, 503 & 900 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying 50mm thick Consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50-13.20mm 0.430cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm & below IRC metal with 37 kgs of VG30 grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in required temperature using Central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t, CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plants required, including all other and incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 111, 112, 501, 504 & 900 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 - 2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36mm and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10t Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t, CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plants required, including all other and incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 111, 112, 501, 507 & 900 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing compaction for embankment / making up of low berms using the available box cut earth including all hire and fuel charges for power roller compaction, watersprionkler, including all labour charges for laying, spreading, watering etc., complete and as directed by the departmental engineers.

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour charges, materials, tools, equipments and all incidental charges, including compacting with power roller, watering, including all hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants, removal of other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming of bottom of excavation backfilling, clearing up the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per standard specification for Carted earth for making up berms with conveyance of 5 Km complete as directed by the departmental officers as per clause 111, 112, 301, 305 & 900 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision)

Providing RCC M15 grade precast KM stone of standard design as per IRC 8 - 1980 and fixing in position including painting and printing etc., complete (as per MORTH & H specification no 804).

Supply and fixing of R.C.C. GUIDE POSTS of size 1.2x0.2x0.2 m with reflective star stickers with tin M.S. Sheet with two side packing and top cover of 0.75 inches in R.C.C 1:2:4 mix using 20mm HBG metal with 10mm dia bars as vertical with 8mm dia stirrups including 8.25 inches x 4.25 feet mould with star shape of 5 inches and top Projection by Projection by 0.75 inches x 3 inches including cost and conveyance of materials to worksite etc., complete.

Providing and erecting of Direction and Place Identification Retro-Reflectorized Sign made out of High Intensity Prismatic grade sheeting confirming to Type IV standards of IRC 67-2012 and ASTM D 4956-09 specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm Mild Steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75X75X6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmX60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall he obtained as per IRC 67:2012. i) Construction of Well Protective wall at Km 1/0 & 1/8.

Providing and fixing PVC seepage pipes of 100mm dia. PVC pipes of requied lengths including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, cost and labour for 900mm dia. semi-spherical back fill arangements with 100mm size broken ganite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing, etc., complete as per clause 2700 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) to drain of the backfill in between the WELL PROTECTIVE WALL.

i) Construction of Well Protective wall at Km 1/0 & 1/8.

Refilling behind retaining wall with excavated earth including conveyance of all materials to work site including labour charges for filling in layers compacting by manual labour under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density as layer including all incidental charges etc,. complete FOR WELL PROTECTIVE WALL. (Labour Charges only).
