Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MORTH Specification for grading-V Material.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam of required thickness specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 111, 112, 406 & 900 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 111, 112, 501, 502 & 900 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 111, 112, 501, 503 & 900 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying 50mm thick Consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50-13.20mm 0.430cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm & below IRC metal with 37 kgs of VG30 grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in required temperature using Central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t, CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plants required, including all other and incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 111, 112, 501, 504 & 900 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 - 2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36mm and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10t Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t, CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plants required, including all other and incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 111, 112, 501, 507 & 900 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying earth for making up berms using Carted earth with a lead of 4 Km including Labour charges for spreading, hire and fuel charges for all T & P employed etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers as per clause 111, 112, 202, 301, 302, 303, 305 & 900 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision).

Providing RCC M15 grade precast KM stone of standard design as per IRC 8 -1980 and fixing in position including painting and printing etc., complete (as per MORTH & H specification no 804).

Vibrated Cement Concrete M15 grade Nominal Mix, using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at sitel including labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specification, as per clause 1000, 1500, 1700, 2100 & 2704 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) FOR PARAPET OF PCC RETAINING WALL.

Filling behind Retaining wall with Carted earth including cost and conveyance of earth to worksite, laying, handling charges and filling in layers including compacting with power roller to get the maximum density including watering and all other incidental charges etc, complete as per clause 305, 2907 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) for PCC RETAINING WALL.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes scaffolding charges, etc., completely complying with standard specifications and as directed by the engineers inchage FOR PCC RETAINING WALL.

i) Construction of PCC Retaining wall and Parapet rising of the existing culverts.

Painting two coats on newly laid concrete surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, cleaning removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, whereever required etc., completely complying with standard specifications and as directed by the engineers inchage FOR PCC RETAINING WALL.
