The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in Civil Engineering Construction Business, including road and bridge works, and having completed works of similar size, nature, and complexity. Specifically, the bidder should have: * B.E Civil Engineering (or) Equivalent degree holder with 1 year experience * Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have: * Achieved average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of contract applied for, which is Rs.208.88 Lakhs, over the last five years * Successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract, which is Rs.208.88 Lakhs, in any one year within the last five years * Completed a certain quantity of similar works in any one year during the last five years, including: - Earth work: 2378 cum - GSB: 538 cum - WMM / WBM: 1838 cum - BM / DBM: 390 cum - BC/ SDBC/ CGPC / PCSC: 232 cum - CC / VCC / VRCC: 502 cum * Bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 522.20 Lakhs.
