The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the value of the work. For works up to Rs. 200.00 Lakhs, one B.E Degree Holder (or) one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works is required. For works above Rs. 200.00 Lakhs up to Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs, one B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience in similar works and one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works are required. For works above Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs, the requirements increase accordingly. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, over the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years. The value of the contract applied for is Rs. 216.70 Lakhs. The bidder should also demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, including quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, such as: - Earthwork: 4351.32 m3 (completed) and 1741.00 m3 (required) - GSB/WMM: 4474.26 m3 (completed) and 1790.00 m3 (required) - BM/DBM: 798.00 m3 (completed) and 319.00 m3 (required) - BC/SDBC (Wearing Course): 479.00 m3 (completed) and 192.00 m3 (required) - VCC/VRCC: 1727.23 m3 (completed) and 691.00 m3 (required) - Steel: 19.66 mt (completed) and 7.864 mt (required) The contract has specific milestones, including: 1. 10% of the work should be completed in the first month, 2. 40% of the work should be completed in the next 2 months, 3. 70% of the work should be completed in the subsequent 2 months, 4. 100% of the work should be completed in the last 2 months. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 541.75 Lakhs, and the bidder should have access to liquid assets or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract value, which is Rs. 54.18 Lakhs.
