The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Mechanised granular pavement construction, construction of asphaltic overlays, and construction of Bridge Works, including those with Open Foundations. The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, including minimum quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, such as: - Earth work: 2184 cum - GSB: 929 cum - WMM / WBM: 2014 cum - BM / DBM: 407 cum - BC/ SDBC/ CGPC / PCSC: 244 cum - CC / VCC / VRCC: 305 cum The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least Rs.196.52 Lakhs, with 40% of this value being Rs. 78.61 Lakhs, in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.196.52 Lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract (Highway road and/or Bridge works / Airport contract) with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is Rs.196.52 Lakhs. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 491.30 Lakhs. The bidder is expected to have prior work experience of successfully completing work of similar size, nature, and complexity. The bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets (working capital, Cash in hand) and or credit facilities of at least Rs. 49.13 Lakhs.
