Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver finisher to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidatedby8-10tonne Vibratory/ Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP (Specification Number as per MORTH Rev.V 111,112,507,900).

Carted earth including cost and conveyance an average lead of 5 km to worksite and stacking them on road side for taking premeasurements and spreading the same in the low berms as directed by the engineer with initial lift including all labour charges and consolidation with power roller including all tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete for formation of side berms in accordance with standard specifications as per MORT&H Vth rev.304, 305.

Providing and erecting Direction and place Identification Retro reflectorised sign made out of high Intensity Prismatic Grade sheeting confirming to type IV standards of IRC - 67: 2012 and ASTM D 4956-09. Specification and fixed over 2 mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm Mild steel angel and supported on a mild steel angel post 75 X 75 X 6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painte as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cm X 45cm X 60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum co efficient of Retro - reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC67-2012.
