The Eligibility requirements mentioned are related to experience and past performance. The past performance criteria require the service provider to have "SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF STP/ETP" and the status/condition of the equipment/machine/system at the time of bid should be "Under AMC and functional". The values mentioned are 100% for ITC on GST and 100% for ITC on GST Cess, and a minimum capacity of 150 KLD for experience criteria. The technical certification required by the bidder is that the spare parts should be of OEM or OEM authorized/equivalent only, and a Police Verification Report (PVR) for each person before starting the work. Additionally, the bidder should upload necessary documents for MSE purchase preference for verification by the buyer during evaluation, if mentioned in the ATC.
