Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil.

M&L for cement concrete for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete Type-B1, 1:2:4, 20 mm graded aggregate as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161- 1979 Grade St.-240, all as directed and as approved.

M&L for Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections, AFe- 290 (Gde E- 165) as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar/cement lime mortar including mall quoins, arches, pillars, metc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles as directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard dense soil as directed. (for steps)

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, 1:4:8, using 40mm graded aggregate as directed. (for steps)

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete, Type C1, 1:3:6, set in CM 1:6 as directed.

M&L for Rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 as directed.

M&L Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces as directed.

M&L for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like in Cement Concrete 1:2:4, using 20mm graded aggregate as directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) with fair finished surfaces as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as directed.

M&L for Painting on steel surfaces with one coat of Zinc Chrome primer and 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparatory works as directed.

M&L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 CPVC PIPE OUTER DIAMETER 25mm including fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified as directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes (75 mm bore) single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors as directed

S & F PVC (SWR) bends 75 mm dia as directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends 75 mm dia with access door as directed.

S & F 15mm Bore dia. chromium plated Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule as directed (Brand: Parryware/Hindware/Jaquar/Johnson)

S&F sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel lmm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and waste coupling; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm as directed as approved.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick, any colour/ design set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes, CM 1:4 as approved by EIC.

M&L for Non - Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match (Mat finish tiles of wooden pattern of size 60cm X 60cm as approved by EIC to be used) including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes, CM 1:4 as directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type, 18-20mm thick) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including screed bed of CM 1:4, 15mm thick as directed.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick granite stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white color Sliding window Two track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+- 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (60mm x 62mm). sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding Interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm). Glazing bead (24.5mmx 16mm) will he mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (30mm x 21.5mm), Sash (30mm x 18mm), profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware : [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system including 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass, aluminum track on bottom rail for two track sliding frame, wool pine for Sliding sash and interlock.] (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. M&L for Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane, 4mm thick as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete as directed.

M&L for fixing of Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. , thickness of sheet 1.00mm, as required.

Removing debris exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5km and depositing where directed

Removing building materials etc. (Other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3 - Earthwork) to a distance of 800m, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination (AC sheet/ GI sheet-65 Sq.m will be treated as 01 load & Timber Hardwood 1.13 Cu.m will be treated as 01 load) as per MES SSR 2020 Item in Section No. 21 - Sl.No. 1 & 7 as directed.
