Filling in basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and well consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work using second class table moulded chamber burnt bricks of size (9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4") 23cm x 11cm x 7cm in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials ,and labour charges for mixing the mortar ,constructing ,curing to requried period and wherever the masonry projection is neccasary for elevation shall be done with out extra cost etc , complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces in foundation and basement for reinforced cement concrete works such as column footings, plinth beam, grade beam, stair case steps, bed blocks etc. which require only normal strutting using M.S. sheets of size 90cm x60cm BG 10 gauge of stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10 x 6.50cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by the casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre at suitable intervals etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not less than 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering shall be made only after the concrete is laid. The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor) Lintel & Columm & Roof

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position M.S. or R.T.S. reinforcements grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The contractor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of M.S. plain rods / RTS rods and binding wire)

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works with vibratting charges excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc. complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10 mm thick including finishing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12 mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and Five sand), 20 mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with descrgned coloured Vetrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12-1/2 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer and consolidated to the required finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden, beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling jaggery and lime water etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of approved first quality Machine Pressed Tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm thick of approved quality laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to Indian standard as approved by the departmental officers at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same mortar mixed with the water proofing compound and red oxide etc. complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats using freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors, including cost of lime blue powder fevical type gum brushes, and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of Matt paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic emusion of first qulity paint two coat and of approved colour over priming coat including through scrapping clean removal of dirt and , preparing the surface and curing etc., complete and including necessary plaster of paris ,Putty wherever required as per standard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed Enemal paint over one coat of enemal first qulity paint for New iron work and of approved colour over priming coat including through scrapping clean removal of dirt and , preparing the surface and curing etc., complete and including necessary plaster of paris ,Putty wherever required as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing of push and pull type Roliing shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers , transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and fixing of M.S. Sheet window using 18 gauge M.S.sheet with M.S.angle of size 40mmx40mmx6mm and M.S. flat 25mmx6mm and M.S. squars bars including cutting, welding, fixing in position cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing steel door double leaf made out of 18 guage M.S. sheet outer frame of 40mmx 40mmx6mm "L" angle inner frame of 30mmx30mmx5mm 'L' angle cross stiffener M.S. flat 25mmx6mm with aldrop 1 No, tower bolts 4 Nos. Two handle and six hold fast complete welded and revitted and painted one coat of red oxide paint including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Steel glazed ventilator Of size 0.45mx0.60m including cost and conveyence of all materials to site etc complete as per standard specification.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium colour sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.
