The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past Five years. They should have satisfactorily completed BT and CC Road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, they should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender. Key personnel are required to have specific experience: - The Degree holder in Civil Engineering should have 5 years of experience or not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer).
- The Diploma holders in Civil Engineering should have 2 years of experience or Four Retired Junior Engineers.
