The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the Civil Engineering construction field for at least the past five years. They must have satisfactorily completed BT Road works or BT and CC Road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. The annual minimum financial turnover should be not less than 100% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender.
