Municipal Corporation Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience in executing similar nature of work of civil engineering construction, specifically in the field of transfer stations. The bidder should have completed at least one project with a capacity of 50 TPD during the past five years, with a value of not less than 80% of the tender value for Government Departments, Urban Local Bodies, or PSU's. The bidder should have satisfactorily supplied, delivered, tested, and commissioned similar completed works, with the required experience being: - Three similar completed works each having not less than the Transfer station equipment numbers specified equal to 40% of the estimated numbers put to tender, - Two similar completed works each having not less than the Transfer station equipment numbers specified equal to 60% of the estimated numbers put to tender, - One similar completed work having not less than the Transfer station equipment numbers specified equal to the estimated numbers put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the value of the work put to tender in any three financial years in the last five years. The minimum average turnover of each of the members of the Consortium shall be 25% of the tender put value and the combined Turnover of the consortium members shall be 100% as required. The bidder is also required to have completed civil works of not less than 25% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding two years. The value of the work completed is to be provided, and the bidder must provide a certificate issued by the Engineer-in-charge for each of the works, indicating whether the work was satisfactorily completed.
