Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) Providing form work for foundation etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Mild steel Grills/Ribbed Tor Steels for reinforcement Fe500 HYSD for all floors including cost of steel, binding wire, bending, tying etc, all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of super fine polished Jet Black granite slab of 18 mm to 20 mm thick of approved quality laid in CM 1;3 (one of cement and three of M Sand) 12 mm thick over kitchen hearth slab including cutting the granite slab to the required size where ever necessary , nosing the edges to the required shape including cost of granite slab, polishing laying finishing etc all complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental offficers. (Measurement will be taken including bearing also The quality and color of Granite slab shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing.)

Finishing the top of flooring with cement concrete 1:3 Ellis pattern flooring 20mm thick in cement concrete 1:3( One of cement and Three of stone jelly ) using 10mm and less hard broken stone chips (No M Sand to be used) including laying ,curing, finishing..etc complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.

Filling the top of terrace floor with one course of solar reflective water proof, heat proof tiles of size 1'x1'x1" thick of approved quality laid in CM 1:3 mixed with calcium based mineral powder (60 Kg for 1000 Sqft) before laying tiles, the tiles should be dipped with salin based nano liquid and top grouting with CM 1:3 mixed with white cement, silicon powder and polymer additives (20 Kg for 1000 Sqft) and joint pointed with zycosil oil (200 gm for 1000 Sqft) after grouting acrylic salin based liquid with a base concrete of PCC 1:2:4 using 6 to 10mm metal for providing necessary gradient etc. complete complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials, labour charges for lifting to open terrace, laying and finishing and other incidental charges etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (The Brand and quality of tiles should be got approved from the EE before using).

Plastering in C.M 1:3 (one of cement and three of P Sand)10mm thick for bottom of sunshade, ceiling in all floors, including scaffolding, curing ,finishing etc complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 ( One of cement and five of P Sand) 12mm thick finished with neat cement including, providing band cornice scaffolding curing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

Stucco plastering 12mm thick using the10mm metal chips and the river sand including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete.

Distempering the ceiling two coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Painting the new walls (Inner) with two coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer paint work including cost of brushes, cement paints scaffolding curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. All the material used in the construction are approved Brand /reputed Brand as per agreement condition.
