Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 3250kg/10cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum) 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30cm) 5156kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7760kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / Roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers. The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MILD STEEL WINDOWS made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame, 35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets (18 G) with 5Nos, of stiffners using M.S.Flats of size 25 X 6mm at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, of Hinges incase of single shutters/6Nos, of Hinges incase of Double shutters 50 X of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for Tower bolts 2Nos, Aldrop 1No. The frame shall be provided with 6Nos, of Hold fast of 200mm length using 6mm M.S.Flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts, hinges, locking arrangements, directed by the Departmental Officers.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of Weldmesh Windows of best and approved quality using 'L' angles and flats of required size and fixing the mesh in position with necessary bolts and screws etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 20mm thick Cement based Hydraulically Pressed Anti-Skid (EUROCAN) tiles (Pattern design) in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick and pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with SHAHABAD STONE SLAB & 600x600 7 18/20mm (Polished) in all Floors Laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (one part of Cement and three Part of Plastering Sand (P-sand) 20mm thick and Pointed with colour cement neatly including Polishing with Polishing found and oxalic acid etc, so us to perfectly Smooth and glossy and including hire Charges for Polish machine and Power consumption charges etc. The Shahabad Stone Slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete as per standard specification.

Weathering Course with Brick jelly lime concrete made in Broken Brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no M-Sand to be added) laid over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 and well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of the roof slab with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-Sand] 12mm thick mixed with waterproofing compound 2% by the weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Plain Cement concrete in 1:8:16 [one cement, eight M-sand and sixteen course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for dummy columns including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point
