For two agreements, the bidder should have completed 60% of the BOQ value, with a total value of Rs. 738.00 Lakhs. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), one of the partners having 51% or more share should meet the qualification criteria. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactory completed and commissioned a water supply scheme of value not less than Rs. 492.00 Lakhs in the last five years. The bidder should also have electrical experience, with options including: - One completed work of value more than INR 615.00 Lakhs or above - Two completed works of value more than INR 615.00 Lakhs or above The bidder should have minimum aggregate experience of pipeline in Kms: - 6.00 kms of DI/CI pipes supplied, laid, jointed, tested and satisfactorily completed - 2.00 kms of HDPE pipes supplied, laid, jointed, tested and satisfactorily completed The bidder should have minimum aggregate experience of RCC Water retaining structures (LL) completed and tested for water tightness in last 5 years, which is 5.00 LL (30% of total requirement in LL). The bidder should have minimum experience of 1 No. of Infiltration Wells constructed and satisfactorily completed. The bidder should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction works and Water Supply and Sewerage system field. The bidder should have achieved an annual financial turnover of Rs. 1230.00 Lakhs in any one of the last five financial years, which is equivalent to 100% of the value of work put to tender. The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 1289.00 Lakhs in each year in any two years during the last 5 years. The bidder should have minimum aggregate experience of pipeline in Kms, with a specific requirement of 6.00 kms of DI/CI pipes supplied, laid, etc. The bidder should have a minimum cash flow required, which is 3 months x BOQ Value, calculated as Rs. 307.50 Lakhs. The bidder's net worth for the last year should be positive, calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), one of the partners having 51% or more share should meet the qualification criteria, and both partners combined should meet the credit facility requirement.
