The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a degree holder with specific years of experience, such as a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years of experience, or a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience. Additionally, the bidder should have completed water supply work(s) of not less than 600mm dia DI pipe for 2.20 km under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. The bidder should provide details of their past work experience, including type and nature of work, location of work, name and designation of the employer/owner, value of work as per agreement, stipulated period of contract as per agreement, date of commencement of work, date of actual completion of work, reasons for delay in completion (if any), actual value of work executed as per final payment, and quality of work done. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as 2.20 KM of the tender value, and the bidder should submit experience certificates for one work not less than 600mm dia DI pipe for this value. The annual minimum financial turnover of the bidder should not be less than 100% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar work(s) of not less than 600 mm Dia DI pipe for 2.20Km for tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding one year for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking.
