The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having prior work experience of building works or park development works of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed the work and provide details of the work, including the type and nature of the work, location, employer/owner, agreement number, stipulated period of contract, and actual value of work executed. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience in Storm Water Drain works for at least five years and should have satisfactorily completed Storm Water Drain works of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding past years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. The bidder should also have at least 5 years of experience in the Rejuvenation and Improvements of Water Bodies and Storm Water Drain field and should have satisfactorily completed Rejuvenation of Water Bodies and Storm Water Drain of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding 5 years. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - Not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. - Not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding past years for Storm Water Drain works. - Not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding 5 years for Rejuvenation of Water Bodies and Storm Water Drain. The bidder should also have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding five years and working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender.
