The bidder should have satisfactorily completed a civil works of similar nature (Building works) in their own name in a single agreement for a value of not less than Rs 1.05 Crore, which is 50% of the value of work put to tender, in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an annual financial turnover of Rs 2.10 Crore, which is 100% of the value of work put to tender, from the financial year 2019-20 to 2023-24. The bidder should also have completed specific quantities of work in the past three financial years, including: - Earthwork: 3069.50 M³ - Plain Cement Concrete: 219.50 M³ - Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M20: 162.50 M³ - Steel Fabrication for Reinforcement of RCC Works: 60182.50 Kg The bidder should have been in the civil construction works field for at least the past five years. They should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender, which is Rs 0.315 Crore. In terms of personnel experience, the bidder should have: - Project Manager (Civil) with not less than 15 years' experience - Project Engineer (Civil) with not less than 15 years' experience - Site Engineers (Civil) with not less than 10 years' experience - Site Supervisors (Diploma in Civil) with not less than 5 years' experience - 2 Site Engineers with not less than 10 years’ Experience in Construction of Civil works with similar project experience - 4 Site Supervisors with not less than 5 years’ Experience in Civil Construction works with similar project experience.
