The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least 5 years in the Civil Engineering Construction field. They should have satisfactorily completed one civil work of similar nature (BT Road works) in their own name in a “Single Agreement” for a value of not less than Rs.105.50 Lakhs, which is 50% of the value of work put to tender. Additionally, they should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the approximate value put to tender (Rs.211.00 Lakhs) in one financial year in the preceding “Three” years. The bidder should also have at least 3 years of experience or retired Asst. Exe. Engg of any of the Engg. Department, along with one LCD / DCE / LSE holder. Furthermore, the bidder should have a B.E (Civil) or equivalent Engineering degree. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as Rs.105.50 Lakhs, with a percentage of 50% of the value of work put to tender. The contract value is mentioned as Rs. 211.00 Lakhs. The bidder should also have experience in road works, with a defect liability period of 3 years for road works. They should also have experience in working with paver machines and hot mix plants.
