The bidder should have at least 5 years of experience in the Civil and Road works field. They should have satisfactorily completed civil works of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs.28.50Lakhs, which is 50% of the value of work, in a single agreement in the last five years. Additionally, they should have completed BT or BT and CC Road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. The site supervisors should have a Diploma in Civil engineering and not less than 5 years of experience in construction of Civil Engineering works/Road Works. The site engineers should have a BE in Civil engineering and not less than 10 years of experience. The bidder should also have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the value put to tender, which is Rs.200.00Lakhs, in any one of the preceding five years. They should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender.
