Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (One cement four m sand and Eight metal) using 40mm ISS hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and flooring including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick to required thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification (TNDSS No. 23, 28, VI(3.51) 4.2, 4.3)

Supplying and filling in foundation with clean dry m sand from the approved quarry in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated including cost and conveyance of sand to site and all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc. Centering for soffits of RCC slabs plain surface including strutting upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90cmx60cmx10 gauge with MS angles of size 25mmx2mmx3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cmx6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and supported casurina props or 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 0.750cm c/c complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position of mild steel or ribbed tar steel for reinforced cement works including cost of steel binding wire all labour charges for cutting fabrication and placing of rods and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

a) Basement Up to 1.50m Height from G.L

b) Grount Floor up to 4.50M Height From G.L

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (One cement and Five sand) 12 mm thick Over Brick wall including cost of materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with Vitrified tiles of approved quality and Make and colour of size 610x610x10mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x6mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos. of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2nos. one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided incase of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door in single leaf door, one more aldrop is provided in the inner lock rail section of the door One rotaing locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. Incase of double leaf door M.S.Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter t conceal the gap between the two shutters.at an appropriate place in the door. A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. All members are given a coat of red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation to site of work, loading, un loading and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Weathering Course with Concrete Broken Brick (S.I.No.278) & ( P & D) Data 54.Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion /Weather Shiled Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats over New iron work including Cost of paint cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing & fixing PVC RAIN WATER DOWNFALL PIPE of the following dia with necessary T.W.Clamps Plugs, Shoes,Bends, other clamps, screws nails etc.,complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak Wood plugs used is 150X25mm in front & 200x75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the centre of pipes to be fixed.110mm dia PVC Pipe [4 Kg/SqCm]

Plain Cement concrete in 1:8:16 [one cement, eight M-sand and sixteen course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for dummy columns including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (For electronic regulator)-Sd-24 /Rs 1901.00 (SD - 19)
